At present,as the social competition is becoming more and more intense,talent is becoming more and more important as a key factor in this competition.In particular,colleges and universities in China have also increased the recruiting of scarce resources in the process of teaching staff,and have released a series of talent introduction policies to satisfy the needs of their own development.Because of its remote location and the influence of environmental and economic factors,the Tibet area is in an inferior position with some parts of the mainland in the process of introducing talent.Therefore,how to overcome obstacles to development and make full use of their advantages has become a difficult issue which need to be solved in the development process of universities in Tibet.For example,University of Tibet,on the basic relevant research at domestic and international,this article uses the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and combines human resources theory,incentive theory and talent flow theory to introduce the policy of talent introduction in western regions and Tibet colleges and universities.And the issue of talent introduction in Colleges and universities can be listed by interview and questionnaire survey.Finally,the solutions and suggestions for the introduction of talents in Tibet colleges and universities will be planed for these existing issues.Around this subject,the article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,domestic and international research review,research methods and innovation and deficiency;the second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis;the third chapter analyzes the existing quotation policy article of four colleges and universities in Tibet.To clarify the shortcomings of its existence,and take the University of Tibet as an example about the effect of its talent introduction in last 6 years.The fourth chapter analyzes the influence of many factors in the talent introduction of University of Tibet and further analyzes the causes of the issues according to the interview and questionnaire investigation;the fifth chapter claims the methods of obtain experience of the introduction of talent from domestic and international universities.The sixth chapter recommended strategies and suggestions for talent introduction in Tibet universities.
