Nowadays,the competition in all aspects of society is becoming more and more intense,and talents,as the main influencing factor of social competition,have attracted great attention from all aspects of society.At this stage,if the society wants to achieve innovative development,it must pay attention to the supporting role of talents.At present,talents,as the main body of innovation work in various fields of social life,play a leading and even decisive role in the high-quality development of society.With China entering a new era,domestic colleges and universities strive to create "double first-class",the development opportunities and competition challenges in the field of higher education coexist,and the most important factor is talents.The development and competition of colleges and universities are closely related to talents.Only the colleges and universities with excellent talents can grasp the opportunities and challenges,and be invincible in the competition of colleges and universities.The lack of talents will seriously affect the development of colleges and universities,and even affect the survival of colleges and universities.Therefore,domestic universities will take the introduction and training of talents as the first priority in order to win the first chance in the competition.The three provincial colleges and universities of X city are located in the central inland area.Compared with the colleges and universities in the eastern developed areas,there is a large gap in resources in all aspects.The pressure of competition and development is huge,so we have to vigorously introduce talents to seek breakthroughs.In this paper,three provincial colleges and universities in X city are taken as the main research objects,and the in-depth research and Analysis on talent introduction are carried out,which is representative in the provincial colleges and universities in the central region.The author interviewed some young teachers and administrators of three provincial colleges and universities in X city,and obtained relevant data of talent introduction in recent years.At the same time,using the methods of questionnaire,interview,data statistical analysis and comparative research to carry out the research work,this paper analyzes the current situation,effect and existing problems of talent introduction in three universities of X city,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in combination with the actual situation of universities.Specifically,we should make full use of the financial support of the state,take advantage of the opportunity of the rise of the central region to attract talents,build a reasonable talent evaluation system,pay attention to thecultivation of talents,do a good job in the stability of talents,establish a fair and effective performance evaluation system,give scientific research cooperation,create more space for development,provide generous living treatment,pay attention to service and retain talents with affection;and We should keep the promise and establish a good reputation of the school.Although the talent introduction situation of the three provincial colleges and universities in X city is different in degree,they have certain commonness in terms of their performance.To study the talent introduction of three provincial colleges and universities in X city can not only provide countermeasures and suggestions for the development of similar colleges and universities,help the improvement of comprehensive strength and long-term development,but also have certain reference value for the personnel management of provincial colleges and universities in the central region...
