The private level-three kindergarten is non-state-run preschool education resource for the public and charges low costs.In the overall level of the kindergarten,either teachers' professional competencies or their further professional development is quite a concern.We must promote the professionalization degree of private level-three kindergarten teachers and improve their professional competencies through standardized training,so that they are able to adapt to the new norms of current preschool education development.Recently,to the request of the Pudong New Area Education Bureau,the third Education Department is building a pairing system helping matching the private level-three kindergardens with the public kindergardens.According to the principle of pairing,10 private kindergartens and public kindergartens in the third departments area are connected with each other,and one-to-one teaching is carried out in an all-round way.The research object of this study is teachers' training of 10 private level-three kindergartens in the third Pudong New District Bureau of education department.Throughout the methods of questionnaires and interviews,this research carrys out investigation of the status of teachers' professional development and training in private level-three kindergartens.Through data processing and analysis,we have found the following situations: teachers in private level-three kindergartens are young,therefore they are optimistic to preschool education work and professional development;their professional development is hindered by various inhibiting factors;There is a big difference between the effectiveness of kindergarten-based training although the training content is comprehensive.There are many problems in teachers' training,the requirements of teachers' training areas are as follows: the contents are closely related to practice and multiple training methods;private level-three kindergartens have incentives for teachers' training,but are not enough.According to the survey results of the current situations and the relevant theories,this research puts forward the strategies for the training of the private level-three kindergarten teachers in the context of the pair teaching.The training strategies that based on the third education department level are as follows: standardize training team,set up the training content system that is oriented to demands and problem-solving,focus on resource sharing and innovates the ways of training,improve the safeguard mechanism of training,and create a good atmosphere for training.The training strategies based on the public kindergartens who are pairing with private level-three kindergartens are as follows: motivate the internal drive,meet their individual needs,develop the subjectivities of the teachers,adopt multiple training methods on the main purpose of participation.The training strategies based on the private level-three kindergarten are as follows: Support the professional development of teachers,provide practical safeguards for the training and improve kindergarten-based training constantly,so that teachers are able to get a full range of professional guidance.
