In2010, the Ministry of Education issued a "National long-term EducationReform and Development Plan (2010-2020)", the pre-school arose for the first time asa separate chapter in the national education reform policies."Plan" made it clear thatin the next10years, pre-school education will be basically universal. In the same year,the State Council introduced "A number of opinions on the current development ofpre-school education" for pre-school development status and urgent problem. Alongwith the support from the national policy, more parents realize the important role ofpre-school education. The demand for high-quality pre-school education is alsorapidly increasing. While, at the same time, the current situation of our preschoolteachers is unsatisfactory, impeding the development of pre-school education.Compared with kindergarten teachers, our primary and secondary schoolsusually have surplus teachers. The main reason is due to the decrease of school-agechildren. Thus, through policy guidance surplus teachers at primary and middleschools into kindergarten, become a strategy of complementary channels ofkindergarten teachers."A number of opinions on the current development ofpre-school education" points out, the "surplus teachers in primary and secondaryschools through training of qualified can transfer to kindergarten. In accordance withthe instructions of the "opinions", the regional education administrative departmentshave also introduced the "pre-three-year action plan" to transfer the surplus teachersenter kindergarten, as one of the expansion of pre-school teachers.While, do these teachers experience qualified training? How is the currentsituation of the training? In this paper, the writer will survey the situation of thetransfer teachers training as well as sum up the problem.This paper consists four parts.PartⅠ: Introduction. Clarify the question of origin, the significance of thequestion, the main research purpose and research methods.Part Ⅱ: Literature review. Definition of kindergarten transfer teachers and thetraining of kindergarten teachers. Summarization and analysis of the relevantliterature of the research on kindergarten transfer teachers and kindergarten teacherstraining.Part Ⅲ: The situation of kindergarten transfer teachers training. Describe andanalysis the situation. Part Ⅵ: Conclusion and recommendations. Summarize the conclusion and raisethe recommendations.
