In recent years,teacher training has become a focus of the Ministry of Education,especially for kindergarten teachers in the enlightenment stage,domestic and foreign has been the training of kindergarten teachers to carry out research.Private kindergarten teachers are a large group of kindergarten teachers throughout the country.As new teachers,they receive professional induction training and play an important role in both teachers and kindergartens.However,the current research shows that the research on the training of kindergarten teachers mainly focuses on post-service training,and the training target is mostly for all kindergarten teachers.The research on the training of private kindergarten teachers is relatively lacking and needs to be further strengthened.In this paper,the importance and necessity of the new kindergarten teachers undefined induction training,the educational theory of the kindergarten teachers induction training and the characteristics of the new kindergarten teachers undefined induction training are clarified through a large number of documents and materials.Lay the theoretical foundation of this paper,and further define the problem of research.This paper takes five private kindergartens in Y District of Changzhou City as the research object and comprehensively uses literature,questionnaires,interviews,and case studies.Research has been conducted on the needs of induction training,the design of the framework for induction training(content,form,school hours),the guarantee of induction training(system,funding),and the effectiveness of induction training.The research shows that:First,the new teachers in private kindergartens have a large gap and strong mobility;Secondly,trainers are not sufficiently aware of the need for induction training and lack of research;Thirdly,the initial training framework is not perfect,and the new teachers lack the initiative to develop internal drive;Fourth,the leadership to the new teacher entry training insufficient attention,lack of financial security;Fifth,the effectiveness of new teachers ’induction training has not received attention,and there is a lack of evaluation and supervision.In view of the analysis of the current situation of this research,this paper puts forward some strategies and suggestions to improve the new teachers ’training in private kindergartens.At the level of the government and education authorities,it calls for the promulgation of a special law on preschool education to enhance the social status of preschool education;The education authorities shall increase their investment in the new teachers ’induction training in private kindergartens;The education authorities shall effectively supervise the new teachers ’induction training in private kindergartens.At the level of private kindergartens,it is proposed that the new teachers in private kindergartens should be strictly admitted to the threshold and the teachers’salary should be raised.Strengthen the research on the training needs of the new teachers so that the new training targeted;Scientific design of new teacher induction training framework;(b)Strengthen funding and resources for the initial training of new teachers;Establish the evaluation mechanism of incoming training to ensure the effectiveness of training.Finally,we should give full play to the individual initiative of the new teacher in the new teacher’s entry training,and make a reasonable career plan;Continue to enhance the internal drive of professional development.Through the analysis of theory and practice,this paper starts from the present situation of the new teachers ’entrance training in private kindergartens,discusses the problems and countermeasures of the new teachers’ entrance training in private kindergartens from many angles and comprehensively,and provides more cases and experiences for the lessons of private kindergartens.It not only plays an active role in the improvement of the new teacher training system in the park,but also helps to promote the new teachers in private kindergartens to enjoy the right to professional development.
