In recent years,the educational value of picture books has been widely recognized.Picture books have been used in kindergarten teaching in various fields.In many picture books,there is no lack of picture books that contain scientific concepts.The marriage of these picture books and science teaching has become a new subject of research.At the same time,front-line teachers have also discovered this point,and initially tried to integrate picture books into kindergarten and science teaching.The purpose of this study is to explore the teaching process of carrying out the science collective activity of kindergarten large class with the picture book as the main body through the action cycle and reflection in the action research process,and to understand the influence of picture book implementation of scientific collective teaching activities on children,and to integrate the picture book into the future.Kindergarten science teaching teachers provide feasible teaching advice and instructional strategies.The research object of this study is a large class of children,a total of 30 children,the implementation of the action cycle of the four scientific collective teaching activities,the seven associated with the picture book into the theme of the four cycle activities.Data collection includes activity recordings and transcriptions,study logs,interviews with co-teachers,children’s works,and children’s interviews.The research results show that the picture book can be used in the kindergarten collective class scientific teaching activities;the use of picture books for kindergarten large class scientific group teaching activities needs to start with the selection of picture books,the design of teaching activities,the implementation of teaching activities,etc.;picture books into science collective teaching activities The following effects are exerted on young children: young children love teaching methods that use picture books as a carrier to implement scientific collective teaching activities.Under the situation where picture books are integrated into teaching,children’s thinking problems and expression skills are improved,and picture books are integrated into scientific collective teaching activities to increase children’s interest in science.,drawing books into science collective teaching activities so that young children can master scientific knowledge and phenomena.Based on the research conclusions,it is suggested that researchers and teachers should explore the value of science education in the picture book;and pay attention to the teaching method of using the picture book as the carrier to carry out the kindergarten collective teaching activities.
