In September 2014,the "State Council's Opinions on Deepening the Examination Recruitment System Reform Implementation Opinions" clearly stated that "we must create conditions to phase out college admissions batches. We must improve the acceptance model of the consignment, promote and improve parallel voluntary deduction methods, and increase the two-way relationship between universities and students.Choose opportunity".With the introduction of the national policy, the provinces and cities across the country are following the trend and successive batches of college entrance exams have been reformed. In 2016,Shanghai was the first to merge one or two books. At the theoretical level, reforms are all triggered and the adjustment of the batch of college entrance examinations will inevitably trigger a chain reaction in the education chain.Universities and interest-related candidates who are an important part of talent training must be affected by it.However, there are few people in the academic world who are concerned about the admission batch reform.Even if there is some research,it is only focused on the impact of the reform on candidates' voluntary reporting. The question of how "the reform of college admissions batches affects colleges and universities" and "how colleges and universities should adapt to the reforms" is virtually unproven.Even empirical investigations in this field are even more difficult to find.Under this background, the study on the "basis for the college entrance examination batch reform","the possible impact of college entrance examinations on college admissions and examinees" and "how colleges and universities should adapt to the reform" research, especially the practice of research is particularly urgent And important, the subject of this study came into being.Based on the acceptance of batch reforms,it has inevitably affected colleges and students, and pilot universities and candidates in the province have also actively responded to the policy, providing valuable and concrete lessons for the further advancement of the reform, following from theory to practice. Then to the theoretical research ideas,we started the research on this topic. This study first sorts out the college entrance examination admission modes in different periods from historical perspectives, discusses the college entrance examination admission modes under different historical backgrounds, further clarifies the significance of the reforms andthe future direction;secondly, further analyzes the motives of the reform through interviews and explores the possibility of reforms. The impact on colleges and examinees;then, through empirical investigation, analyzes the actual impact of the batch admission reform on colleges and students in Shanghai, and the initial exploration and coping strategies of colleges and universities, answering the question that the batch reform in practice has resulted in What are the specific impacts? How will universities respond to this problem? Analyze its influence and countermeasures. Finally,on the basis of Shanghai's experience of batch reforms,it will try to propose policy recommendations for the further improvement of the batch reform. The conclusion of this study is drawn through combing: there are many problems in batch-based admissions, which are no longer suited to the needs of social development. The reform of admission batches is based on the principles of fairness, classification, and development as the theoretical basis for reforms;the reform of admission batches is indeed implemented.Impacts on universities and candidates in pilot provinces, such as increasing the rate of colleges and universities to meet files, expanding the right to choose college students, etc.,and some candidates also have the problem of increasing the risk of voluntary reporting;pilot provincial universities in the recruitment, subject construction and personnel training Other areas have adopted positive coping strategies to provide national colleges and universities with available reference experiences, such as clarifying their own positioning and strengthening the links between high schools and secondary schools. In view of this, the government should improve the supporting systems of reforms and reduce candidates' willingness to fill in reports.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the impact of batches of admissions, seize opportunities, and meet challenges.Candidates should also change their concepts to adapt to the pace of reform,so as to further promote deepening reforms in the field of higher education.
