Research on the cultivation of students' core literacy has attracted more and more attention.It is not only helpful to the cultivation of students' comprehensive quality,but also very important for the students' future development.This research is based on the perspective of innovation literacy of student's core literacy,and discusses the construction and learning of innovative curriculum based on STEAM concept in order to further hold the connotation and educational value of STEAM further,and to explore the strategies and methods of innovative curriculum based on STEAM learning.Beginning with the development of STEAM course,this research reveals the development status of STEAM education,analyzes and summarizes the advanced STEAM cases both here and broad,summarizes the features of STEAM in the process of practice,clarifies the connotation of students' Scientific Literacy,develops the construction of innovative curriculum under the concept of STEAM,formulates relevant contents of curriculum objectives,design methods,teaching strategies,curriculum evaluation,curriculum resources development and so on,carries out curriculum design and teaching within the scope of the course meanwhile.Innovative education based on the concept of STEAM concept is a practice activity carried out by students in activity participation,project design and problem solving.Students launch interdisciplinary inquiry learning around "problems and situations in life".It's positive significance for students to enhance their humanistic quality,cultivate rational thinking,develop active learning consciousness,enhance individual awareness and strengthen problem solving.It's also consistent with the basic connotation of students' core literacy.The cultivation of innovative quality is based on the essence and connotation of STEAM education and correctly grasps the value of innovative curriculum in the process of basic education.It pays attention to practice reflection and effect evaluation,holds the orientation of educating people,and further strengthens the function of innovative educational activities.
