In recent years,with the continuous advancement of computer networks and communication technologies,mobile learning has gradually become the main direction for the development of primary school learning information.As a single form of English learning has been difficult to meet the current needs of students' listening,speaking,reading and writing ability,mobile learning as a new way of learning has made up for the insufficiency of traditional learning methods and has played an important role in students' learning of English knowledge.In addition,because primary school students differ in their cognitive level and intelligence ability from adults,so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the Mobile-learning of primary school students in English learning.This paper starts with the current situation of mobile learning in primary school,hoping to know the current situation and shortcomings of primary school English mobile learning and put forward some countermeasures.Firstly,based on the investigation of the information about mobile-learning at home and abroad,I summary the results of Mobile-learning;Secondly,I list the information about mobile learning,including the meaning,characteristics,theoretical basis and so on;Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of mobile learning,I determine the research of mobile learning.There are five major dimensions: mobile learning awareness,mobile devices,mobile learning resources,mobile learning interest and attitude.I design Questionnaire about Mobile-learning of Primary Students in English Learning.Based on the date the interview with students or teachers,I obtain the status of Mobile English learning of pupils;The following is to make better use of mobile devices for English learning,I puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from five perspectives: learners,mobile learning environments,teachers,mobile resources,and parents;Finally,it is the research conclusion,the lack of research and the prospect.The research results show that: 1.The current pupils generally lack understanding of English mobile learning;2.The current pupils have a high mobile device holding rate,and most students can skillfully operate mobile learning devices,but mobile devices have a small screen and slow operation speed.The existing problems hinder the interest of primary school students in English mobile learning;3.The current primary school students prefer short-term video mobile learning resources,but at present this type of mobile learning resources is relatively lacking,and can not effectively meet the individual needs of students;4.The current primary school mobile There is a wide range of learning needs.Students hope that teachers can provide more guidance on mobile learning,and can then learn to move in English.In order to solve the problems in the questionnaires and interviews and to enable primary school students to make better use of mobile devices to learn,I give some suggestions from learners,mobile learning environment,teachers,mobile resources and parents.First of all,for learners,it is necessary to enhance the internal drive of mobile learning;Next schools need to optimize the mobile learning environment;and then teachers need to improve the quality of mobile learning;Then,resource providers should optimize English learning resources and reduce learning fees;Finally parents need improve awareness of the effects of mobile learning and encourage students to engage in mobile learning.
