With the continuous development of basic education in our country,various cities have carried out a variety of teaching and research activities to achieve teacher professionalization.School-based small teacher research is an important research strategy and approach.It is not only highly innovative but also important.Practical significance.First of all,this paper uses questionnaires,classroom observations and other methods to investigate the research status of junior middle school biology teachers' small projects.Through combing the survey results,it is found that most teachers can recognize the significance of small research projects and have achieved some results.However,there are still many problems.For example,the protection mechanism and evaluation system of the school's research on the biology teacher's small topic is not perfect;biology teachers lack the opportunity to participate in the research of small projects and the guidance of experts;teachers' research ability and reflective ability are weak.Secondly,it analyzes the problems in the current junior middle school biology teacher's small topic research and proposes solutions:(1)Schools should guarantee conditions in all aspects,establish a reasonable evaluation system,and give more opportunities to participate in small research projects.(2)Teachers should strengthen theoretical studies in order to improve scientific research capabilities,strengthen self-reflection,and master the correct scientific research methods;(3)Strengthen the professional orientation of small projects in the process of research and development;at the same time,in the selection of topics,the integration of research and teaching As well as suggestions for the writing and promotion of results.Finally,the research results were put into practice by participating in the Sujiatun District biological research project in Shenyang City.The specific process for the research of the small project was to form a group,conduct theoretical training,identify topics,study topics,formulate plans,implement curriculums,etc.Evaluate the results of the practice.This study analyzes the research status of junior middle school biology teachers in Shenyang City,analyzes the problems and proposes solutions to them.In addition,combining the results of specific case studies,we hope to provide reference for first-line biology teachers to carry out small research projects.
