| With the development of science and technology and the continuous development of human society,change of the new social structure makes all kinds of new situations,new changes and new contradictions emerge.As the focus of social concern,safety situation of primary school students is becoming increasingly serious,and the factors that affect the school safety are more and more complex and diverse.For schools,safety is the cornerstone of the school to carry out the work of teaching,safety management is to ensure the normal teaching order,to achieve the protection of teaching objectives,the significance is particularly important.In daily life of primary school,teacher is the branch bridge of communication between other teachers and students and their parents,shouldering important mission of training and teaching students to improve their comprehensive quality,all work of the class should be kept.As the direct leader and organizer of the class work,the head teacher become an important force in the school safety work,playing the leading role in the school safety work.Head teacher responsible for the safety education to the students in normal class management,is the first responsibility of the class safety work.Therefore,this paper takes the head teacher as the main body of the safety behavior,and makes a further study on the safety management of the class.At present,there is no lack of operational measures and systems in the safety education and management of primary schools,but these measures and systems are relatively scattered,stay at the operational level,has not been realized from perceptual to rational leap.After the analysis and study of the mature safety management theories and measures in the production industry,in this paper,we will applied "safety engineering theory" and "iceberg theory" that widely used in the construction and coal industry to the school safety management.Makes the head teacher as the first responsible person of safety management,rise the safety management of the class to a theoretical level,put forward more reasonable and effective measures to the safety management work of the head teacher.In this paper,based on the theory of safety engineering,it is applied to the safety management of primary school of the head teachers,to seek for theoretical support to the primary school safety management.This paper discusses from the four aspects which are human,material,environment and management,starting from the actual day-to-day work of head teachers,combining the practice of primary school safety management and safety management theory,using work flow analysis,making daily life of the primary school students as main line of the search,make a deep analysis of the causes of safety accidents,to search the risk sources of primary school students,To achieve effective prevention,to avoid security risks,and management of all relevant to students’ unsafe behavior,specific analysis of the safety management of the content,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and management standards,promote the safety management of the school,the primary school "in order to achieve the essential safety".Based on the iceberg theory,a major safety accident contains more security risks,this paper,through the analysis of the specific content of the safety management,puts forward the safety management strategy.In this paper,the introduction of "safety engineering theory" and "Iceberg Theory" provides a new perspective for the safety management of primary schools. |
