In recent years,the safety of school in China has attracted the attention of the government and the society.With the rapid economic development of our country and the deepening of the reform,all kinds of new things emerge and social contradictions gradually emerge,affect the school safety factors,a serious threat to the safety of teachers and students,especially in the new campus security problems in recent years,such as "network security,psychological security,outbreak under the influence of public health security",make school management difficulty increasing,it also caused the attention of education,the public,the school security problems require society pay more attention to the development of school safety management level.Many scholars try to seek answers from the social environment,school management system,campus safety management team and students’ own safety literacy,so as to fundamentally solve the problem of campus safety management.However,through relevant research,it is found that it can not be cured only theoretically without practical application.Evaluation is the pointer of all activities.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the safety management evaluation of primary and secondary schools in the new era and establish a set of scientific and feasible evaluation index system for school safety management,objectively reflect the level of school safety management,and supervise and promote the development of school safety work.To this end,This paper is first based on the literature research method,Combing out the development process and evaluation and reform trend of safety management in primary and secondary schools in the new era,From a historical perspective,Combing the historical changes of safety management in primary and secondary schools in each historical period,To provide a historical basis for the reform trend of school safety management evaluation in the new era,That is,the reform appeal of safety management evaluation in primary and secondary schools in the new era has different dimensions of "goal orientation,management requirements,evaluation subject,evaluation method,evaluation content and application of evaluation results",According to this value orientation,To enter a new era,New development trend of safety management evaluation in primary and secondary schools in China;Secondly,through interview research and review of relevant literature and policy documents,analyze the present situation of safety management evaluation of primary and secondary schools in China in recent years,in the aspects of the evaluation objective over process,and the content of primary and secondary schools is less comprehensive;Finally,in view of the above evaluation reform problems and the reference of safety management evaluation of foreign primary and secondary schools,the improvement strategy of safety management evaluation of primary and secondary schools,summarize the safety management evaluation reform of primary and secondary schools in the new era,and points out the direction for the safety management evaluation reform of primary and secondary schools in the new era.
