Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Universities In Inner Mongolia

In 2017,the Ministry of Education released the total number of college graduates,which is estimated to be 7.95 million people,there is an increase of about 300,000compared with that in 2016.In order to further solve the employment problem of college graduates,Premier Li Keqiang in the twelveth session of the National People's Congress in the government work report of the three meeting of the requirements of th employment priority,encourage entrepreneurship to employment opportunities.A present,among the universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,only part of the MBA majors offer the courses and seminars like "Inner Mongolia economic and enterprise development","industry and competitive analysis","ethnic entrepreneurship"and other colleges and universities are offering some theoretical course,such as "College Career Planning","Career Guidance".Most colleges and universities carry out some entrepreneurship competitions and lectures,such as Career Planning,Entrepreneurica Design and Internet Plus,which ignore the regional characteristics,nationa characteristics,and the research on profession advantages generated by combining colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the present situation and problems of colleges and universities Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Inner Mongolia area,through the SWOT analysis of the present situation of colleges and universities' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Inner Mongolia area and comparison of American colleges and universities' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education,Author summed the following countermeasures:(1)Colleges and universities should build an advanced,localized course system.(2)Colleges and universities should create a "Theory-Simulation-Practice "of progressive teaching mode.(3)Colleges and universities should make full use of various resources to strengthen teachers' innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching abilities.(4)Colleges and universities should through a variety of ways to alleviate the pressure of the shortage of special funds.(5)Colleges and universities to form a radiation relationship with the entrepreneurial zone,revitalize innovation and entrepreneurship education res(?)(6)To form a university as the main domination,multiple subjects linked as an ecological chain to improve the quality of Education.
