With the support of national policies such as “mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation”and “entrepreneurship-driven employment”,more and more college graduates choose entrepreneurship as the future development direction.The improvement of domestic economic level and the continuous deepening of industrial optimization have created more opportunities,better entrepreneurial environment and more favorable platforms and services for college graduates to start a business.As the main position of entrepreneurial talent training,higher vocational colleges have introduced innovative education mode based on innovative thinking and innovative ability,paying more attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability and the promotion of college students' comprehensive quality and professional ability.The work of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges has effectively promoted the enthusiasm of college graduates to start their own businesses,promoted the employment rate of domestic college graduates,and created a better entrepreneurial environment.The mode of innovative entrepreneurship education requires the students to gradually transform their original knowledge and culture into social productive forces and carry out pioneering and innovation.This requires each higher vocational college to upgrade and optimize the original mode of education and change the original mode of education.A thorough analysis and research on the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform introduced by Y Technical Vocational College is given.For many years,in the process of carrying out innovative entrepreneurship education,the Y Vocational and Technical College has not only absorbed the advanced experience of innovative entrepreneurship education in other regions,but also adhered to the working concept of “comprehensive coverage,stratified training,overall promotion and strengthening practice”,strengthened the construction of innovative entrepreneurial institutions,integrated mass entrepreneurship and innovation education into talent training programs,professional construction,and curriculum system.Set up the platform of innovation and entrepreneurship,set up the library of school and enterprisetutors,set up the mass entrepreneurship and innovation working mechanism of “course competition integration,project cultivation,teachers and students create together,school and enterprise cooperation”,and walk out the road of characteristic development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.In 2017,the college was named the second batch of Hebei Province to deepen the reform of innovative entrepreneurship education model schools.Along with the Y vocational and technical college innovation and entrepreneurship education work deepening,each kind of deficiency also gradually highlights.For example,teachers and students still have a deviation in grasping the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of supporting mechanisms such as building innovative entrepreneurship platforms,building teaching staff and building curriculum system,and have not really achieved the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education into the whole process of quality education and talent training,and the overall arrangement of innovative entrepreneurship education at the college level is not enough.These not only put forward more requirements for the future development of “entrepreneurship and innovation” education in Y Vocational and Technical College,but also become an introduction part,the research background and significance of the paper are expounded,the related concepts of higher vocational colleges and innovation and entrepreneurship education are elaborated in detail,and the related research at home and abroad is comprehensively combed and analyzed,the research ideas and research methods are found out,and the innovation points of the research are analyzed.In the first chapter,the author discusses the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges,and makes an in-depth study on the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges from three different periods,then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges.In the secondchapter,the present situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges is investigated and analyzed,and the investigation method,object,analysis method and purpose are discussed in detail.In order to ensure the rationality and objectivity of the thesis research,this chapter will carry on the thorough analysis to the research data and the related investigation content,provides more data guarantee and the theory foundation for the later thesis writing.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the deficiencies and causes of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in domestic higher vocational colleges,and finds that domestic higher vocational colleges mainly face the following deficiencies in their work: “entrepreneurship and innovation” education concept deviation,“entrepreneurship and innovation” education and professional curriculum system disconnect,“entrepreneurship and innovation” education teachers are weak,and these deficiencies are due to social,student and school level and other factors.In the fourth chapter,based on the problems and causes of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in domestic higher vocational colleges,the corresponding measures are put forward,such as educational concept optimization,system establishment and environmental optimization.In the final conclusion and prospect section,the above chapters are first combed,and the problems found in the research and corresponding measures are comprehensively discussed.Then according to the research conclusion,the present situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education development in domestic higher vocational colleges is prospected,hoping to provide more theoretical help for the future development of entrepreneurship and innovation education in local higher vocational colleges and regional economic development.
