In today's society,cooperation is an indispensable part of development,and the cultivation of the talents cannot be separated from cooperation.Under the background of this era,cooperative learning,as a learning strategy that can promote the development of students' comprehensive quality,has been recognized and promoted by many researchers and educators.Although a large number of experts and scholars have studied cooperative learning,"Notice of the general office of the Ministry of education on matters related to teaching books in primary and secondary schools in 2016",promulgate by the Ministry of Education in 2016,it hasdeclared the full use of new textbooks.Based on the existing research results of cooperative learning and the author combines my own experience in teaching practice in the 48 th middle school in Hefei,and explores the optimization of the application of the cooperative learning model in the "ethics and the rule of law" curriculum.This thesis mainly starts with three parts.The first part expounds the connotation and characteristics of cooperative learning and the significance of the application of cooperative learning in the junior high school "moral and rule of law" curriculum,which provides the theoretical basis for this study and the rationality of this study.The second part,based on the author's investigation and educational practice,and summarizes the status quo of the application of cooperative learning in the current "moral and rule of law" curriculum based on the collected materials,and from this analysis summarizes the main problems in the application of the curriculum.In the third part,according to the previous theory,practice and inquiry,from both the aspects of teacher-student cooperation and student-to-student cooperation,I begin to explore teaching optimization,and use my own practical research to formulate a set of"ethics and rule of law” teaching methods in cooperative teaching.The teaching case is practiced in the book "Emulation Management" in the seventh grade "Ethics and the Rule of Law" published by the People's Publishing House,and is improved and improved in teaching practice.
