| Since the reform and opening up,with the increasing popularity of education,people’s education level is getting higher and higher,cultural level and quality are also increasing,so modern parents have put forward higher requirements for the healthy development of children’s physical and mental health and the quality of pre-school education.More and more attention has been paid to kindergarten education,and the cooperation between family education and kindergarten education has attracted people’s attention.Family is the starting point for children’s growth.Kindergarten is the first classroom for children to get in touch with society.Both kindergarten education and family education have their own advantages and disadvantages.They are independent of each other and influence each other.They have a very important influence on the healthy development of children’s body and mind.Only when they are mutually inclusive,coordinate and learn from each other can they better promote the overall development of children.However,there are still many problems in the cooperation between kindergartens and families,such as the unequal status of kindergartens and families,the weak awareness of parents’participation,and the shallow level of cooperation,which not only restrict the sustainable and healthy development of cooperation between kindergartens and families,but also affect the complete and healthy development of children.Based on the theories of social ecology,socialization and exchange,informatization and communicative theory,and aiming at the practical exploration of home cooperation and innovation in Wuxi S kindergarten,this paper makes an investigation on the status quo and existing problems of home cooperation in S kindergarten by using self-compiled questionnaires and interviews.Found:there are four problems in family and kindergarten cooperation of S kindergarten in Wuxi.One is that parents do not have a clear understanding of the concept of family and kindergarten cooperation,and their enthusiasm for participating in activities is not high,which leads to the superficiality of family and kindergarten cooperation activities;the other is that there are blindness and limitations in the way teachers and parents communicate and express themselves;the third is that teachers and parents are confused in their roles,and teachers and parents are unable to themselves.Accurate positioning;four,the quality of kindergarten teachers needs to be improved.There are four reasons for the above reasons:first,parents and teachers have different concepts of home cooperation;second,parents and teachers lack effective communication and communication methods;third,kindergarten Leaders’ "three"management is not in place;fourth,the current policy of home cooperation is not perfect.To strengthen the cooperation between family and kindergarten,improve the quality of preschool education and promote the healthy and sustainable development of preschool education,efforts should be made in four aspects:first,changing the concept of cooperation between family and kindergarten,establishing a correct role orientation;second,innovating the new form of cooperation between family and kindergarten,and enhancing the communication between parents and teachers.Exchange effectiveness;Third,play the leading role of kindergarten principals in family and kindergarten cooperation;Fourth,carry out relevant learning activities to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers. |
