In recent years,Chinese education has raised the upsurge of learning Chinese in the world,especially in Thailand,the "Chinese fever" phenomenon is rising,as a friendly neighbor of China,Thailand and China are in close exchanges,such as political,economic and cultural aspects.Chinese as a bridge to connect China and Thailand,helping to achieve the real "Thai and China members".Thailand is the largest country in the world to learn Chinese,which plays an important role in the promotion of the internationalization of Chinese.However,the shortage of Chinese teachers in Thailand has hindered the development of Chinese teaching.Although,in order to solve this problem,the number of volunteers sent to Thailand is increasing year by year,but the problem of teachers still exists.In this paper,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews in the form of Thailand Nakhon Si Thammarat native Chinese teachers to carry out investigation and study system,explore the teaching situation of Chinese teachers,and its existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.This paper mainly adopts the way of questionnaire and interview investigation,and make Nakhon Si Thammarat as the research object.In general,Chinese level of students in Nakhon Si Thammarat students is lower than other southern regions,the development of Chinese language teaching is obviously lagging behind.The government has only 12 public high schools that open Chinese courses,of which only 10 schools have local Chinese teachers.What's more the number is also different,some schools have only one Chinese teacher,some even have 6 local Chinese teachers.The paper is mainly make the survey about these 10 schools and the 20 native Chinese teachers here.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which discusses the origin and significance of the topic,the research dynamic and research methods.The second part is the main content of Thailand Nakhon Si Thammarat native Chinese teachers questionnaire paper,expounds the education system in Thailand and the investigation object,purpose,content.The third part is the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,from the basic situation of teachers,teaching situation and teaching situation analysis.The fourth part is the main content of the search results according to the existing native Chinese teachers in Thailand Nakhon Si Thammaratteaching.And present situation,problems and causes.The fifth part,based on the existing problems,putting forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.The sixth part is the conclusion.In this paper,through the investigation and research of the native Chinese teachers,the author explores the teaching situation of the native Chinese teachers,analyzes the existing problems and the reasons,and finds out the corresponding countermeasures.The significance of this study is to find out the existing problems,and solutions,to help ease imbalance between native Thailand teachers and Chinese teachers,to improve the professional level of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools in Thailand,thus,the Chinese international promotion to the sustained and steady development in Thailand,to make a modest contribution to promoting the development of Chinese teaching in Thailand.
