With the global “Chinese fever” continues to heat up, the Chinese language has gradually being widely used. In recent years, Chinese education in Thailand can be described as flourishing, many schools are offering Chinese courses in succession,which is just the main reason that the gradual increase demand of Chinese teachers.Native Chinese teachers is not only the main force of Chinese-teaching, but also the strong guarantee of the promotion and continuous improvement of Chinese. Now,regard the primary and secondary native Chinese teachers in Thailand Nakhon Pathom Province as the research object, the integrated use of the methods of questionnaires, literature research and interviews, etc. for research. First of all,to analyze problems that appears in Nakhon Pathom native Chinese teachers’ professional development. Then, to put forward feasible recommendations and countermeasures for them. The ideas of the research as follows:The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research reason, purpose,significance, object, theoretical basis, research review and research methods.The second part is mainly about the background and current situation investigation of the native Chinese teachers’ professional development in Thailand Nakhon Pathom. Firstly, to describe the systems of Thailand’s education, Chinese education and Chinese education in Nakhon Pathom. After that, in order to understand the basic situation of the native Chinese teachers, to have a In-depth consulting on seventy of them. For example, the the basic situation of Chinese-teaching and the native Chinese teachers’ professional development, and so on.The third part is mainly about the problems that appears in Nakhon Pathom native Chinese teachers’ professional development, then to have a attribution summary. At first, To describe the problems it, then discusses the main cause of these problems.The fourth part is mainly puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for the country. On the basis of sorting and analyzing materials, to come up with someteachers.strategies and good experiences for the professional development of native Chinese teachers.
