Physical exercise for the role of students to enhance the body is no doubt,but for the role of students learning responsibility in the end how?We still do not know.The existing research shows that physical exercise has a positive effect on the learning consciousness of middle school students,so whether it will promote the improvement of learning responsibility,we need to discuss.In order to solve the current relationship between physical exercise load and learning responsibility.In this paper,the physical exercise load as the starting point,through the questionnaire in the form of Xi'ann middle school students learning responsibility to understand the status quo,and on the basis of physical education in different physical exercise on the learning responsibility of the experimental study.In this study,a total of 526 students(a total of 356 people who were excluded from the invalid questionnaires)were selected from the first three grades of the secondary school in Shaanxi Normal University.Before the experiment,the level of learning responsibility of middle school students was measured.In the exeriment each grade is divided into large,medium and small load class,after 8 weeks of different load physical exercise intervention,let the students fill out the questionnaire again.After the experiment,SPSS22.0 analysis software was used to analyze the data,and the influence of different load on learning responsibility was discussed.Analysis conclusion:(1)There are significant differences between the three dimensions of small-load physical exercise on middle school students' learning responsibility cognition,learning responsibility emotion and student role responsibility behavior.(2)There are significant differences in the four dimensions of middle-load physical exercise for middle school students1 learning responsibility cognition,learning responsibility emotion,learning responsibility will and student role responsibility behavior.(3)heavy load physical exercise only for middle school students will have a significant impact on learning responsibility.(4)Through the analysis of variance between LSD groups,moderate exercise has a positive effect on the learning responsibility of middle school students.(5)In the experiment,moderate exercise exercise heart rate is more difficult to control,when the heart rate increases,should reduce the number of practice groups,slow down the pace of student practice,to take the correct practice method,the heart rate is relatively gentle recovery heart rate.(6)in the physical education should be timely grasp the difficulty of the class,the size of the load,according to the actual situation of students,students are easy to accept the content,the teacher should make the content in the direction of diversification,so that students have a strong sports Learning interest.
