At the end of the last century, our country actively promote the reform of university logistics socialization, many colleges and universities established by the reform of logistics services group, even a considerable number of university logistics department at the State Administration for Industry registered established corporations. Supplier Management as an important part of university logistics procurement, logistics entity in the importance of the procurement, it is also actively exploring supplier management standardized and scientific.The author takes Nanjing D University Logistics Group as the research case, explores the successful practice of logistics entity enterprise in the supplier management. In this paper, a large number of documents and information on the Nanjing D university logistics group after the survey, the supply chain management as the theoretical basis, the paper analyzes the logistics group of the supplier management status, find out the impact of the school logistics group purchasing efficiency of the factors, and extract the main problems in the management of suppliers. Including:no supplier selection, supplier selection is not standardized, lack of awareness of the establishment and improvement of supplier relationship, supplier performance evaluation system is not perfect, the lack of effective incentive measures.In view of the problems existing in the supplier management of the logistics group, the author absorbs the idea of supply chain management, and uses the method of supply chain management to analyze and solve the problem, and to develop the optimization scheme for the logistics group of D University. Finally, the hope that through the supplier management support measures and risk prevention mechanism to build, to ensure that the school logistics group supplier management improvement program implementation.Through the study of supplier management at University Logistics Group D supply chain environment, we hope to help deepen their understanding of modern logistics entities understanding of supply chain management, and for the D Logistics Group and peer universities do offer a scientific supplier management evaluation methods, logistical help to do scientific and effective corporate entities supplier management.
