| Since the reform and opening up,the entire society of China has undergone extensive and profound changes.In this process of change,the pace of people’s life is accelerating and the competition is fiercer and fiercer.The bigger problem facing people is to constantly adjust themselves to society development of.The development of society brings greater freedom to individuals,but this means that the society is no longer monotonous to give young people a ready-made and reliable way of life,replaced by more choice opportunities and more development opportunities,and these May cause some mental stress to young people.The younger generation should adapt healthily to the fast-paced life more healthily and seize the opportunity to have a healthy psychological state and stable ideological feelings.However,the generation of young people in modern society is prone to anxiety,which has a serious impact on the mental health of adolescents.In recent years,physical exercise has drawn more and more attention.Physical exercise use its unique features and ways to regulate people’s psychology,emotions and improve young people’s social adaptability.In today’s society,one of the tasks of school physical education is to promote the development of student’s personality and cultivate good psychological quality.There is a certain gap between physical education students and non-physical education students in physical education curriculum and sports activities.In view of the gap between physical education and physical education,this research draws on emotion research findings and stimulates the relationship between physical education major and non-physical education major,Observing and analyzing the event-related potentials of PE majors and non-majors,and studying the EEG data of different emotion videos..Thirty(15 males and 15 females)experimental volunteers were selected from the PE major and non-PE majors of Shandong Normal University to conduct experiments.By watching happy video,sad video and neutral pictures,combined with ERP technology to explore the sports-related and non-sports major emotion-related event-related potentials.The study found:(1)Compared with non-sports majors,PE majors have shorter incubation period and faster processing speed of cognitive signals,and their average amplitudes are significantly greater than those of non-sports majors.Emotional self-regulation ability is stronger.(2)Physical exercise is particularly important in school life.Increasing the number of physical education courses and the amount of physical activity is conducive to improving the ability of emotional self-regulation.Setting up a sports psychological course to learn psychological skill training method is beneficial to the positive self-regulation of emotion.In conclusion,PE majors with relatively more physical exercise did indeed differ from non-PE majors in PE classes.The arrangement of PE curriculums,the amount of physical exercise and the self-regulation ability had a certain impact.Increasing the number of physical exercises helped to promote Emotional adjustment,school physical education classroom arrangements should be as much attention to the impact of physical exercise on students,to enhance students’ physical exercise.Make full use of classroom exercise time to avoid lazy,avoid the phenomenon of exercise.After class,we also advocate the active participation of boys and girls in physical activity,and organize sports activities so that students have more opportunities to participate in physical activities and physical exercises. |
