With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the importance of sports has also been more and more people's attention.A large number of studies have shown that long-term physical exercise can effectively improve physical fitness, strengthen the body's immune system, prevent diseases and other physiological benefits. At the same time,it has been found that sports can also help improve cognition, improve memory and attention, prevent senile dementia, relieve bad emotions, and improve personality.Because long-term exercise requires time and perseverance,so that some people can not adhere to exercise. Therefore,in recent years, research on the physical and psychological benefits of one-time exercise has begun to receive attention. If it can be proved that one-time exercise also has the same physical and mental benefits,it will have a positive effect on guiding more people to participate in sports.Studies have found that one-time exercise affects physiology, including heart rate, heart rate variability, hemorheology, metabolism, and brain function. At the same time,it is found that one-time exercise also plays an important role in psychology, including cognition and emotion.Event-related potential?ERP?is currently the most popular method for studying the physiological mechanism of brain function.P300 is the most commonly used indicator of brain cognitive function in ERP.At present, the conclusions about the impact of one-time exercise on P300(including P300 amplitude and response time)are not consistent. Therefore, this study wants to further explore the impact of one-time exercise with different intensity on P300 and the duration of the impact,in order to clarify people's understanding of this issue. Methods Thirty subjects were given a one-time exercise intervention with different intensity.Through the change of P300 before and after test, the difference between the experimental group and the control group was compared. The effect of one-time exercise with different intensity on the P300 and the duration of the influence were discussed. The problem. The results showed that in the P300 tested immediately after low-,medium-,and high-intensity exercise interventions, only the P300 values?latency, amplitude, and response time?in the moderate-intensity group were significantly different from those in the control group?P<0.05?.In the time-delay effect test, the P300 value in the moderate-intensity exercise intervention group after half an hour had a significant positive effect compared with the control group?P<0.01?,while the response time was also shortened in the one-hour delay effect test. However, there was no statistically significant difference?P>0.05?.Conclusions: Moderate-intensity one-time exercise has a positive effect on P300,and this effect persists after half an hour, but the effect is not significant after one hour.
