While the control group before and after training in response to the correct rate compared to P < 0.01, show a very significant difference, show that the correct rate of reaction after four weeks to improve. The experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the training, the correct response time P > 0.05, showed no significant difference.(2)Compared with the control group, the experimental group and the control group were six weeks before and after the training, the reaction rate was P > 0.05, and the correct reaction time was P > 0.05, which showed no significant difference.(3) The experimental group and the control group after two weeks of training and recovery compared with six weeks after the reaction, the reaction time was P > 0.05, the correct response time P > 0.05, showed no significant difference.(4)Six weeks training before and after the P300 incubation period comparison showed that the control group only in the S1 stimulus paradigm Oz point of the P300 latency significantly prolonged(P < 0.05). In the experimental group, there was a significant difference in the number of electrodes, although the performance of different lead(corresponding to different brain regions) was not identical, but the latency of P300 was significantly shortened after six week training.(5)Changes in amplitude in the two groups showed some differences, which controls the influence range is relatively small, and after a six week training measurement is measured compared with P300 amplitude increased(P < 0.05), broad and effects of the experimental group and P300 amplitude are reduced(P < 0.05). And found that the experimental group after two weeks of training, some of the electrode point of the P300 wave amplitude will be significantly increased.Conclusion: After six weeks of training in the two group, compared with the measured values before exercise, the significant changes of behavioral parameters were not found. Six weeks of 1600 m running plus Pilates exercise after the event related potential,P300 have significant differences in the scalp electrode points significantly more than the 1600 m plus1600m group. Six weeks of Pilates training to make most of the electrode point of the P300 latency significantly shortened, P300 amplitude decreased significantly.Suggest:It is suggested that the sample size can be amplified in the future research, and extend the time limit of exercise intervention, so as to make a more comprehensive and in-depth study on this problem.
