objective: This paper selects Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University of non physical education of contemporary female college students as the object of study, We use the research methods such as randomized controlled trials, through 6 weeks of combination exercise of aerobic exercise(1600 meters run) and Taijiquan exercise to observe the effect of this sport form of combination exercise on contemporary female college students' characteristics of event related potential and to explore the effect of the different combination forms of exercise on the body of cognitive ability(especially the brain control execution). Therefore, this study has very good reference value on the choice of the ways of movement, for example, the formulation of sports health prescription in National Keeping-fit Activi and the choice of the ways of movement to school large recess and physical education.subjects and methods: Through ways of the network,introduction and on site recruitment the track and field ground of Shandong Normal University Changqing Lake campus, we recruited randomly subjects, and filled in the corresponding demographic statistical characteristics table and PARQ&YOU questionnaire, experimental instruction and subjects informed consent.With no serious acute and chronic disease, no genetic history, no infection, no drugs, no drinking, no smoking,as the basic standard, we selected Changqing Lake Campus of Shandong Normal University Sports Institute of 28 healthy female volunteers, but during the experiment due to the limitation of experimental conditions, which is that laboratory only had one exercise treadmill, so the running group divided into two groups, a group of treadmill running(n = 6), a group of track and field running(n = 5), considering the comparability of data,to reduce the influence of the independent variables.Finally, the running group retained only the treadmill running group of 5 people, Tai Chi group of 14 people.Using the lottery method(experiment operator writes a note of the same size, note content is "the tai chi group" and "running group"), randomly divided into the running group of 1600 m + 1600 m(the control group, N = 6) and the tai chi training group of 1600 m + tai chi(experimental group, N = 14).The experimental method of questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics were used in the study.Training methods:(1)the control group(n = 6): three times a week, each about 10 to 15 minutes(a total of about 40 minutes, including intermediate rest 10 minutes), 6 weeks of 1600m+1600m run;(2)the experimental group(n = 14): three times a week, every 10-15 minutes(a total of about 40 minutes, including intermediate rest 10 minutes), 6 weeks of 1600m+ Taijiquan exercise.The training and test indexes are from the hall of the experimental building 5 floor of Shandong Normal University(Changqing campus) and the Human Movement Science Laboratory.With Brain Vision Analyzer system of German Brain Products Gmb H Stockdorfer Stra Be 54D-81475 Munich test event related potential.Data analysis is divided into two parts, the initial waveform processing(using system's own operating system to sort) and the SPSS statistical analysis(using SPSS 15.0 for windows on the data makes descriptive statistics and inferential statistics; Interclass difference significance test using repeated measures design analysis of variance, the significance of difference standard adoptsP ? 0.05, extremely significant standard adopts P ? 0.01, we show results in SDX ±).Results:(1) After the exercise training of different forms of six weeks, in both groups, the correct response showed no significant difference(P > 0.05); but the correct operation rate(%) were significantly improved in both groups(P < 0.01). The behavioral improvement that was obtained after two weeks remained(P > 0.05).? six weeks of training before and after the P300 latency comparison showed that there are significant differences of the Tai Chi group electrode points than running group; Different lead(corresponding to different brain regions) have different performance, Some points of P300 latency period are extended, some points of P300 latency period are shortened. Oz points in the two groups, although there were significantly changes, the running group was significantly prolonged and the Tai Chi group was significantly shortened. The P300 latency period changes tend to occur in consistency stimulus(S1,S2)in two groups.(3)Compared with the change of latent period, the change of amplitude tend to occur in inconsistency stimulus(S3 and S4) in the two groups. The change of amplitude in the two groups showed some differences, compared to the previous after six weeks of training, the P300 amplitude was increased(P < 0.05), while the Tai Chi group was reduced(P < 0.05). The number of electrodes in the Tai Chi Group that there was significant difference between the groups was significantly higher than in the running group.Conclusion:(1)the effect of Taijiquan Exercise on the brain area is more extensive than the running exercise. After the six week of the "1600ms running + Tai Chi" exercise, the event related potential P300 showed that there are significant differences of the Tai Chi group electrode points more than the "1600ms+1600ms" running group significantly.(2)The effect of the cognitive processing speed of the classification and recognition to exercise in different brain regions is different. some points of P300 latency period are extended,while some points of P300 latency period are shortened.(3)The effect of different types of exercise training on the complete conflict control into the influence of cognitive resources is different.Compared to the previous after six weeks of training, the "1600ms+1600ms" running group P300 amplitude was increased(P < 0.05), while the "1600ms running + Tai Chi" group was reduced(P < 0.05).(4)Due to the nature of the different tasks and stimuli,the effect of exercise on response conflict control inhibition have certain differences. Performance in the latency of the P300, the consistency of stimulation(S1, S2) is more than inconsistent stimulation(S3 and S4); and the impact on the volatility of P300, the inconsistency of stimulation(S4 and S3) is more than the consistency of stimulation(S1, S2).
