A Probe Into The Legal Education Of Junior Middle School Ideological And Moral Education

Strengthening the effectiveness of legal system education is the requirement of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.It helps to improve legal quality of students in middle school.Legal education in junior school students is the emphases and difficulties in the process of teaching.Because of the junior middle school students’ lack of social experience,their cognitive immaturity,narrow knowledge,and serious impact on their own understanding of the law,it is hard to obtain the final results.Through the analysis of the teaching material and investigation of the junior middle school teaching method of the rule of law,this article aims to study how to improve the effectiveness of junior school education of legal system.My paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter expounds the necessity of junior school education of legal system.The second chapter analyzes the teaching material based on to the teaching material content statistics and it puts forward the problems existing in the teaching material,and at last it puts forward the suggestions.The third chapter analyzes the learning method,based on the analysis of teaching methods.It finds out the law teaching method based on the existing problems and reasons,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
