Morality and law are throughout everybody's life and as mediation social norms of human study,work and life,and the law play an basically important role.School education of legal system is an effective way to cultivate qualified law-abiding citizens,junior middle school students group as an important object of compulsory education stage,in terms of physical and mental development is still very immature,appear easily each other violations and illegal and criminal behavior,therefore,carries on the education of legal system can effectively avoid the occurrence of such events,but also allows students in the level of safeguarding their rights and obligations,is also necessary to promote the development of students comprehensive preparation.The fourth plenary session of the eighteenth,the legal education has been made the new regulation,“the rule of law education in national education system,from teenagers to grab,set up the rule of law knowledge courses in primary and secondary schools”,and junior middle school thought moral is the main channel for the legal system education,therefore,is particularly important to study the content of the legal system education,also has a great theoretical and practical significance.First,after reviewing the related literature at domestic and abroad,by applying the method of literature,define the concept of legal system education,and found that basic education stage of the legal system education contents in the absence or inefficient state,under the background of comprehensive law of junior middle school students,it is necessary to strengthen the education of legal system and the legal system of our country and the world citizen education background of our country's legal system within the scope of era of education put forward higher requirements.In addition,the party and state policies and the ideological and moral course standard make adolescence legal education as the important content.Second,using text analysis are carried out a statistical analysis on the legal system education of ideology and moral character teaching material contents and found: look from the total amount,the legal system education content is close to a quarter of the total content of teaching material,Look from the grade distribution,grade eight content slightly heavier;Look from the specific content,focus more on the defensive and protective,grade seven is given priority to with illustrations,pay more attention to civil rights and obligations,the eighth grade is given priority to withproblems,ninth grade is more pay attention to the authority of the constitution and laws,give priority to with words.Overall evaluation,the legal system education in the teaching material content basic spirit embodies the course target,embodies the socialist core values and the concept of scientific development,the overall capacity,appropriate difficulty is appropriate,more accord with students' cognitive development levels.However,comparing with curriculum,lack of environmental protection legal system education contents;In the value orientation of content,content of the rights and obligations imbalance;Illustration d virtual situation more,less real situation;Activity and inquiry in the punitive and rights protection material less;Caution and the related links section,abstract legal provisions is not easy to understand.Reasons boil down to: education of legal system in our country traditional understanding deviation,textbook writers and narrow line teaching practice is a lack of proper understanding and teaching material review standard is not unified.Adjustment Suggestions: strengthen the legal system education of ecological civilization and environmental protection,The proportion of citizens' rights and obligations education content should be balanced;The choice of illustration should pay more attention to the real situation;In the case of activity and inquiry should increase type and punishment type material,safeguarding rights and pay attention to the equilibrium;Convert quotes the law of section and links in the teaching material content,make it more easy to understand.
