Research On The Situation Of Chinese Teaching For Children In Jiangxi, South Korea

With the rapid globalization public attention in Korea has increasingly shifted towards foreign languages,especially in regards to Chinese language education,which spurred a large variety of text books and teaching aid into existence.Currently,a kind of “Chinese craze” is become more and more widespread with Korean adults and parents are becoming more interested in the Chinese language education for their children,so it's not a surprise that many kindergartens are offering a variety of Chinese language courses for children.Children education is the first stage of the lifelong education is part of the basic education.At present,there are a lot researches focusing on early language education,as well those concerned with the study of the situation in early education in Gangnam district of Seoul and other localities across Korea,but only few of those focus another districts of Seoul.This paper is studying early Chinese language education in Seoul's Gangseo district,and is performed with the aid of surveys on the state of the Chinese language education,the level acquaintance with the Chinese language,teaching methods,etc.,and focuses on the current state of children Chinese education in Gangseo district of Soul and its differences from Gangnam district's,predicts the general state of children's Chinese education and it's possibility for further advancement,as well as offers a development plan for early Chinese education in Seoul.
