There are many processes in the teaching process, which is an indispensable part of the teaching process. The homework is too single, the mechanical repetitive work is too much, too much, too difficult, the effect is not ideal, for this reason, the development of the new curriculum concept of high school physics homework design, management and evaluation. After a period of observation, the students do the questionnaire survey and the different levels of students with different levels of ability to understand the conversation, after the analysis of the proposed research hypothesis. The Ministry of education formulated the "ordinary high school curriculum standard" as the basis, the main theory, conform to the age and psychological characteristics of high school students in Tianjin, seven in grade 2015 high school students as the research object,mainly uses the method of action research, research and experiment method,investigation method and observation method.Study on how to fully tap and play the operations of the consolidation and extension function, stimulate interest in learning function, promote students' own development function; the new function of how to develop high school physics homework under the new curriculum idea; change problem based on the contents of operational design changes in the concept of the new curriculum for teaching and learning to change the job changes and on the basis of the new strategy of course content and structure management and evaluation etc..Through the questionnaire survey of 330 students in the middle and high school in Tianjin, the results show that the physical assignment and the completion of the current situation exposed some serious problems that need to be improved.Respectively, to consolidate the stage type, expanding type, cooperation, sharing the different functions of homework can be given by different design strategies; the operation management, gives the industry efficiency of correcting the different dimensions of management strategy for the operation in the work quantity, quality,operation complete the operation process, based on the basic principle; analysis of job evaluation, proposed to consolidate physics homework, inquiry physics experiments work, expanding job skills development for different operating form of a more diverse evaluation strategy.In the latter part of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 338 students in grade 2 and grade seven in Tianjin. According to the comparison and analysis of two related physical assignments and complete the questionnaires before the study after study found that students in physics homework, homework form, work content, homework, homework, homework evaluation six aspects of satisfaction are improved to a certain degree, students generally think physics homework layered.Arranged outside the classroom, make the physical return to life, increase research and development, effective management operation, diversity and other aspects of the evaluation can be very good to consolidate their knowledge, stimulate their potential and give birth to their innovation, helps them, they are willing to do physical work.The study concluded that: Based on the original function of operation should pay attention to the guiding function of operations, enhance cognitive operations, pay attention to operation diagnosis and feedback function, training function by divergent thinking work, play new physics homework in Senior High School under the new curriculum concept; different function with different design strategies; based on the change of job design the contents of the content and structure of the new curriculum from different perspectives; management work; work form with different different evaluation methods.We hope that this study can make teachers design diversified homework and try to use a variety of effective management and evaluation methods, promote teaching and improve the teaching efficiency, promote students' personality development and comprehensive, so that the new curriculum teaching idea for better presentation and carry forward.
