Research On The Funding Of Education In Colleges And Universities In China

As an important link in the implementation of the party's principles and policies,aid work is an important guarantee for cultivating the talents. It is the key step in deepening educational reform and realizing social transformation and development. It is aslo a manifestation of the superiority of the socialist system. Needy students are important parts of college students, and how to do needy students' help and education management work is the focus of aid work. We can't be satisfied with the current situation that we have given students money, what we should do is to improve the educational function of aid work. Over these years, academics have been exploring and studying effective ways and strategies to finance poor college students, which can ensure every student will not give up college and finish his studies for the reason of financial hardship. During the process of funding, we can improve overall qualities of the students, level up the ideological and political education standard, and maintain a harmonious society.This paper has several parts.Firstly, this article discribed the functions of aid work.Than, after investigating the aid work of Nanjing universities and colleges, it is found that the college students have low awareness of the subsidy work, low participation. What's more, some students' ideological and moral qualities need to be improved. The main reasons for the existence of these problems include five aspects:First, the colleges' funding system is not perfect, such as the financing work program is not rigorous;Second, the work of education is out of line; funding education is not targeted and so on. Third, the family ignored the correct guide of poor students values; Fourth, the social environment to support education have a negative impact on aid work. Last but not least, the article mainly stated on how to improve the effectiveness of educational function,which includes four following aspects. First is to innovate the methods of education. The second is to improve the work of education institutions.The third is to enrich the content of education, including education people with thanksgiving, integrity, inspirational awareness, the responsibility, mental health and other aspects.The forth is to broaden the way to support education, emphasizing the main channel of ideological and political theory, and to give full play to the organization andthe second class. The last is to optimize the educational structure of the college aid workers, and to make full use of the new Media network platform.
