The 21st century is an information age. The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has dramatically changed the way that we think,the approaches that we get knowledge, and the tendencies that we behave. With the Tablet PC in the education of the in-depth application, resulting in a series of Tablet PC in the classroom teaching teaching effectiveness and teaching effectiveness.These problems have become the focus of attention of students, parents, educators and researchers, many experts and scholars at home and abroad on the application of Tablet PC in education has been extensively studied.This study discusses the influence of mathematics learning on junior middle school students in Pad classroom teaching, summarizes the educational application status of Tablet PC at home and abroad,and discusses the theoretical basis of Pad classroom teaching,with <Kolb Learning Styles Inventory>of student learning style of Investigation.This study takes a total number of 80 students who came from two different classes in grade one of a junior high school located in Nanjing city,Jiangsu Province as the experimental object,with Math as the teaching subject.And further,a four-month comparative quasi-experimental study was conducted to examine the different effects on students’ learning performance between Pad classroom teaching and traditional classroom teaching.A variety of research methods,such as literature review, questionnaire,observation and interview were implemented to gather data from students.And the qualitative and quantitative analysis were employed to explore the effects of Pad-based classroom teaching on junior high school students’ learning style,learning participation and learning achievement other factors,to reveal students’attitudes and perceptions toward the use of Pad in classroom teaching.By carefully analyzing and reflecting the problems, some suggestions were proposed According to the statistics and analysis of the data, the main conclusions of the study are as follows:After the experiment,students’ in the Pad-based classroom performed significantly better than students in the traditional classroom with respect to the post-test of Math achievement test,which shows that Pad-based classroom teaching can improve students’ learning achievement effectively.After the experiment teaching, there are no significant differences in the learning achievement of the students with different learning styles. The results show that the Pad-based teaching can be applied to the teaching of different learning styles.,by meeting their various learning requirements.During the process of experiment teaching, students in the Pad-based classroom performed better than students in the traditional projector-based classroom with respect to their learning engagement, which means that the Pad-based classroom can motivate students’ learning interest and promote their interaction with the teacher,and thus improve their learning engagement in the classroom teaching.Students in the Pad-based classroom have a positive attitude to the Pad-based classroom teaching in general. Students confirmed the contribution and benefits of the Pad-based classroom teaching on their learning,which indicated that the Pad-based classroom teaching can gain recognition from students.In view of the above conclusions and analysis, this paper from the different levels put forward some constructive suggestions for the future of the Pad-based classroom teaching research.
