With the globalization of economy and society,the social demand for talents is becoming more and more urgent.Private-owned colleges and universities are rapidly growing.There exists a large gap in the teaching staff between private-owned colleges and state-owned ones.Limited by schooling system and schooling level,private-owned have been employing part-time and retired teachers from state-owned ones.It however,has been unable to meet the expansion of enrollment in private colleges and universities,private universities and even the entire private education system there is server negative pressure.Therefore the reform requires urgently.Private colleges and universities did everything possible such as the development of strategic adjustment and enhance the effectiveness of management to adapt to the increasingly fierce competitive environment.In recent years,the private universities attaches great importance to human resources management,the success or failure of teaching,scientific research and closely related to the private colleges and universities teacher human resource,is in the fierce competition in the socialist market economic system in an impregnable position in the key.This paper has looked at the definition of private colleges and universities in recent decades,involving the human resources management of private colleges and universities,and carefully read the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources.Through induction and combining the domestic and foreign research institutions and scholars in the non-governmental university human resources management,the research status and advances in determine the research content and research significance of this article.Secondly,by Nanchang Institute of Technology,field investigation and analysis,such as that private colleges human resource management exists in human resource management concepts backward,the structure of the teaching staff is not scientific,it does not pay attention to the students' evaluation of teaching,including incentive mechanism and assessment mechanism is not perfect,and human resources flow frequently.Then,this paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in Nanchang Institute of Technology.Finally,the current situation of development of private-owned university and the concept of modern human resources management put forward the private--owned university should change the human resources management concepts backward,actively introduce talents,attaches great importance to the incentive and evaluation system,to strengthen human resources management,for private--owned university ascension path to provide theoretical basis for human resources management.
