Old-style private school is the most important classical Chinese education,the organization form of the most widely,for a long time,it occupy the mainstream of Chinese education organization form,from dynasty capital city to remote villages,have kind of figure.Widely distributed old-style private school,a symbol of Chinese two thousand years of education idea,the organization forms,teaching mode and talents training,etc.Old-style private school has spread knowledge and pay attention to the pursuit of practical,also has become a saint and purify the mind of the moral education purpose.Since Confucius almond altar to give lectures,China has put the Confucian”WeiRenYouJi”“HaoRan ZhiQi”,“DaXueMingDe”,“XiaoTiLian Chi”conce pt of moral education as a fundamental teaching,to establish knowledge system around it,realize the culture character of the philistines,to achieve the ultimate purpose of "XiuZhiQiPing",but add to the destruction and the desire of the dark side of personality.With the building of the republic of China,the new education gradually replace old-style private school,especially after the founding of new China,old-style private school had all but disappeared in the state in China.In a new era of reform and opening up and market economy to further advance today,contemporary school gradually into the wave.The contemporary old-style private school has the characteristic of the ancient old-style private school moral education,pursuit of ancient culture,with the Chinese traditional moral theory to regain contemporary moral beliefs,negative aspects have blindly accept the traditional thought,Compromise with the contemporary western dregs,moral quality of good and evil people mixed up concerns.The author deeply explore the problems and reasons of the contemporary old-style private school,five effective solving measures are put forward,hope to be able to correct the contemporary old-style private school moral education problems to make a beneficial attempt,promote moral education in contemporary China,build the Chinese dream.The first part of this article,the author detailed textual research of the history of the old-style private school in ancient China,list out of the school in the development of the main characters and their representatives,described in detail from two aspects of positive and negative dialectic of moral education value,try to ancient school teaching characteristic and teaching methods as the starting point,classified analysis of the ancient school moral education problems.This section of the discussion from the historical dimension of contemporary school background of deep mining,try for subsequent discussion provides a historical thinking framework.The second part of this article,the author from politics,economy,culture,education and international five aspects analyzes the background of the contemporary has appeared and logical inevitability,based on the principal analysis method,from aspects of the students,parents,teachers,school lists the characteristics of contemporary school.Analysis can be summarized in front of the contemporary school generally,the universality of the contemporary school localization is presented,provides a basis for further discussion.The third part of this article,analyzes the five problems of contemporary school,points out that the history,the teacher,business,course,practice and other five blind area,lists the reasons of school,tradition,society,teachers,and the idea,points out the deep root of the problem,trying to make a direction analysis.The fourth part of this article,the author in view of the criticism and deconstruction analysis before,points out the perfect five contemporary school development path,points out the difference between traditional essence and dregs,to grasp the basic orientation of the comprehensive training people,coordinate business and the humanities,train a contingent of high-caliber Shu Shi,attaches great importance to the moral practice training,on the basis of the contemporary school to promote the development of new high platform,become an important supplement of the contemporary Chinese education system.Contemporary school has both historical inheritance and accumulation of thick,have opportunity and responsibility of the zeitgeist,must be the true,grasp the correct development direction and path,out of the maze of theory and practice,so as to realize the healthy development of contemporary school,take the era of its mission.
