Ideological and moral construction is an important part of socialist construction.It is also an important topic to promote the harmonious development of society and realize the synchronous development of economy and social civilization.It is a good tradition of our party to attach importance to ideological and moral construction.Especially since the party's 18 th National Congress,the party Central Committee represented by Comrade Jinping Xi has issued a series of important speeches on strengthening ideological and moral construction.And the 19 th National Congress once again emphasized the need to strengthen ideological and moral construction and want to raise the level of civilization in the entire society.In the construction of ideology and morality,minors' ideological and moral construction is a top priority and has always been highly valued by our party.In 2004,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the "Several Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving Minors' Ideological and Moral Construction," and made minors' ideological and moral construction a major strategic task for the entire party.From the series of documents from the Party Central Committee,we can really feel the demand and urgency for moral advancement from the state and society.Moral education is an important part of Ideological and moral construction education and is very significant to improve individual moral quality;especially the moral education received in childhood has a decisive influence on the formation of individual's moral character.From the view of individual moral cultivation,children's moral education is the basis and starting point of individual moral education.The good moral qualities formed in childhood have a habitual moral impact on individual behavior.As the "Han Jia Yi Biography" said,"Less into nature,habits like nature." It was for this reason that Chinese ancient thinkers and educators had attached importance to children's moral education.The Ming Dynasty was the maturity and heyday of children's moral education in ancient China.The purpose of this study is to systematically study the background,contents,methods andapproaches of moral education for children in Ming Dynasty,to evaluate it from the perspective of historical materialism,so as to provide reference and enlightenment for socialist moral construction in the period of social transformation.The Ming Dynasty was at the heyday of Chinese feudal society,and also the beginning of the decline of feudal society.The transformation of social values caused by social transformation and the construction and improvement of grass-roots moral education platform make children's moral education in the Ming Dynasty unique.The establishment of the Ming Dynasty is faced with a major task,namely,to restore the chaos of social order caused by wars.Therefore,it is an important task for the Ming Dynasty to rejuvenate the ritual system and carry out feudal ethical education for the whole society.Paying attention to children's moral education and taking the moral education of children as the starting point,so that the feudal ethical education is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people has become a major feature of the moral education in the Ming Dynasty.The importance of children's moral education in the Ming Dynasty was manifested in the following: In the selection of textbook,moral education was the main,the kinds and the content was close to the reality of life;in teaching,moral education activities were carried out both inside and outside the classroom;in the method of education,the combination of theoretical indoctrination and behavioral training was named “Method of moral investigation”to encourage children to form good behavior habits;in terms of education form,advocacy was carried out from life.Moral education,poetry,games,and nursery rhymes were all common forms of teaching.In education approach,school,family and society “trinity” education had made children's moral education pay attention to the whole society,created a good educational environment and provided a large number of educational platforms for children's moral education.At present,China is in an important period of social transformation.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the new era,China is faced with many new situations and new problems in rapid development.The issue of moral education for minors is one of them.In recent years,frequent school bullying incidents,the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency and the trend of younger age,the“bear child” in the public environment and other social hot spots all reflect theimportance and necessity of minors' moral construction.Although we attach great importance to the moral education of minors,the effect is not satisfactory.The reason is that minors' moral education has its own special requirements and basic rules,and there must be innovation in educational content,education methods,and education means.The importance and specific methods of moral education for children in the Ming Dynasty have both successful and historical lessons.To creatively absorb excellent traditional culture and innovatively transform excellent traditional culture is an important content of socialist cultural self-confidence with Chinese characteristics,and it is also a due meaning of innovation and development of ideological and political education.Therefore,in-depth analysis of the positive and negative experiences in the moral education of children in the Ming Dynasty,combined with the problems existing in the current ideological and moral construction of minors,absorbing and drawing on the essence of traditional ideas,can promote the ideological and moral construction of minors,and strengthen the effectiveness of minors' ideological and moral construction provides a useful reference.
