Research On The Realization Of "Internet + Fitness" In China

Comrade Xi Jinping at the national health conference stressed the necessity of actively promoting a healthy and civilized lifestyle,need to setting up the concept of health,to turning the center from disease treated to people health,to establish and perfect health education system,to improve health literacy,to promote fitness and health integration.However,in rapid Internet environment,the traditional fitness development mode has become unable to meet the needs of broad masses fitness,how to realize "Internet plus fitness" under the new environment is the worthy.In this paper,the writer take the fitness industry as research object,through literature,interviews and logical analysis methods to investigate the current situation of developed countries fitness industry development status and Chinese traditional fitness industry development,and research for the way of realization “Internet plus fitness” in China.At present,China’s fitness market is still in its early days,and the maturity of the industry is slightly lower,including a variety of information asymmetry and mismatch phenomenon,lack humanization and flexibility of fitness services,less use of information technology,which shows there is large space for Internet using in Chinese fitness industry.At present,many successful examples exists in developed countries,such as online video teaching courses,gym information resources polymerization system,evaluation system for various fitness venues and a variety of virtual scenes APP products.However,all above in our country are still in the exploratory stage.Through preliminary exploration of foreign experience and Chinese "Internet plus fitness","Internet plus fitness" will mainly rely on the mobile Internet environment,with the help of intelligent hardware support,at first,taking advantage of video play software products,secondly,developing large data information systems,then,various fitness App application occupying the marketing,as a result,getting a new fitness coach model which combined online and offline together.With individual shaping slimming consultation and reasonable diet guidance,it will use combination intelligent hardware equipment and data to break the bottleneck.It should be noted that the speed of Internet development is very fast,and the users demand is still improving.It is suggest that cultivate the habits of users,develop hardware assisted products based on virtual reality technology and deeply dig for new product with use sense of scene.In entrepreneurial promoting wave,the core competition in the future is how to innovative its own characteristics product.Of course,the inevitable trend is fusion of competition,software integration,cooperation of “Internet plus fitness” industry and building of fitness database.
