With the rapid development of fitness and bodybuilding in China,more and more people come into the gym to develop muscles and improve body shape through bodybuilding training.Bodybuilding training has the training principles of isolated training,partial centralized training,and changing angles,which put forward more requirements for the design of fitness equipment.In order to meet the needs of people’s fitness training,the fitness equipment industry has also developed rapidly.Smith machine can meet the needs of various bodybuilding training actions,and is one of the most commonly used fitness equipment for fitness crowd.However,the existing Smith machine on the market has a single design track,which can not fully meet the diverse body-building training needs of fitness people.Starting from the demand of bodybuilding training for Smith machine,this paper fully analyzes the training action of Smith machine and the existing Smith machine products in bodybuilding training,and combines the design principles of fitness equipment and ergonomics,puts forward a new design scheme of Smith machine,and completes the following design work:(1)Complete the scheme design of the new Smith machine,and use the mechanical design principles of double crank mechanism,slider mechanism,spring mechanism,etc.to realize that the adjustment angle of the barbell sliding track of the new Smith machine can be adjusted between 0 and 20 degrees.(2)Complete the scheme design and technical design of the new Smith machine.Through the analysis and design process of human-machine relationship analysis,partial improvement of the scheme,material selection,structural design of the mechanism,and make full use of the engineering drawing software such as CAD,Solidworks,and finally complete the drawing of the assembly drawing,part drawing,and three-dimensional three-dimensional drawing of the new Smith machine.(3)Finite element analysis was conducted on the load-bearing components of the new Smith,and it was found that selecting 42 Cr Mo as the material for sliding barbell bars and Q355 as the material for supporting the inclined position of the barbell bars can ensure that the yield strength of the selected material for the load-bearing components of the equipment is greater than the stress it bears,meeting the safety and fitness standards.(4)Rendered the 3D model of the new Smith machine and presented the actual rendering. |
