Study On Influencing Factors And Promotion Strategies Of The Elderly Using Intelligent Reading Devices

With the development of intelligent technology,intelligent reading devices have been widely used,which has brought great convenience to people in reading.However,many elderly people are also faced with the problem that it is difficult to use intelligent reading devices.Many of them can not adapt to the convenience brought by intelligent services in time,especially the problem of "digital divide" is becoming increasingly prominent.In addition,the elderly are affected by their own conditions（physical condition,education level,income level,etc.）,and the lack of intelligent reading equipment resources and service conditions suitable for the elderly in the social environment leads to some difficulties in using intelligent reading equipment,which can not meet and realize their needs for intelligent reading.Therefore,according to the characteristics of the elderly group,this paper provides some help for the elderly to use intelligent reading devices,and puts forward strategies to improve the media literacy of the elderly to use intelligent reading devices,so as to increase the opportunities for the elderly to obtain information,exchange and interaction,leisure and entertainment,and effectively improve the utilization rate of intelligent reading devices for the elderly,which has positive research significance.Based on the technology acceptance model（TAM2）,this paper classifies the influencing factors of the elderly’s use of intelligent reading devices into seven core variables: their own conditions,social environment,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived risk,use intention and use behavior.Then,through the questionnaire survey on the current situation of the use of intelligent reading devices for the elderly aged 60 and above,according to the survey data,analyze the impact of the above seven core variables on the use of intelligent reading devices for the elderly,as well as the types and main learning channels of intelligent reading devices for the elderly.Using SPSS 28.0 software and Amos 26.0 software,the data obtained from the questionnaire were used for descriptive statistical analysis of the basic situation of the elderly,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the correlation analysis between the seven core variables in the technology acceptance model（TAM2）,and the structural equation model of influencing factors was established.Finally,through the analysis of the relationship between the influencing factors,find out the internal reasons for the obstacles,and put forward the strategies that can improve the intelligent media literacy of the elderly through the analysis of the specific reasons.Through the analysis and test of various data,it is found that all the influencing factors of the new SEM structural equation model are qualified,which is suitable for the research on the influencing factors of the elderly using intelligent reading devices in this paper.The following conclusions are obtained:（1）the social environment has a positive correlation with the perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and perceived risk of the elderly using intelligent reading devices;（2）Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and perceived risk have positive correlation effects on the use intention of intelligent reading devices of the elderly;（3）Perceived ease of use has a positive correlation with the perceived usefulness of the elderly using intelligent reading devices;（4）The use intention of the elderly to use intelligent reading devices has a positive correlation with their use behavior.Finally,this paper discusses the strategies to improve the use of intelligent reading devices by the elderly from the three levels of government,society and individuals.It positively encourages the elderly to use intelligent reading devices,widens the channels for the elderly to receive information,encourages the elderly to read and browse all kinds of knowledge information through intelligent reading devices,and changes the lag of obtaining information only through reading books and newspapers,It has greatly improved the speed of the elderly’s integration into the intelligent era.
