In this paper, based on the nanjing junior middle school thought personal character discipline subject theme teaching practice in nearly 10 years, junior middle school thought personal character discipline teaching as the object, through literature research, questionnaire survey,classroom practice,classroom observation, case studies and other methods, explore the theme junior middle school thought personal character discipline teaching module design and implementation.This paper argues that current textbooks of junior middle school thought moral character class teachers teach phenomenon exists generally, teacher speak, students still less, the students’interest and ability are not good. In fact, the classroom teaching mode is not static, teachers can follow the curriculum, teaching material, students’ actual situation, on the basis of the integration of a variety of factors related to the classroom teaching, the teaching system of middleman and optimal allocation of elements, organic operation, which brings the change of class quality. Junior middle school thought personal character discipline teaching module design and implementation of the research on the analysis of curriculum, textbook integration, focus on students, on the basis of actual need, the junior middle school thought personal character class teaching is divided into five different types of thematic teaching modules: teaching module based on the theme of the socialist core values, based on the theme of the existing chapters in the text teaching module,based on the theme of the civic literacy cultivation teaching module, based on the theme of subject ability training teaching module, the student test based on the needs of subject teaching module.Then in this paper, the topic teaching module under the two important parts of task content elements and elements of the design idea, the implementation of the teaching module of the subject matter is discussed, finally, in practice research conducted on the basis of the reflection,for junior middle school thought personal character discipline classroom reform offer new ideas and methods.Subject teaching module of the class the teaching divided into a series of interconnected modules, avoid the fragmentation of knowledge education of fragmentation and the students’cognitive fragmentation; Teaching task for drive, lets the student as the main body of the classroom, in the various tasks to complete the construction of knowledge, cultivating ability,realize the value of identity,so as to guarantee students to change the way of learning. This article is an effective realization of the reform of the teaching style of the moral character in junior high school and the effective realization of education value.
