Refusal act is a rejective response that occured in children's interactive processes.It indicates a refused attitude in response to the signals from their companions.They act as unpromised,unaccepted,unwilling or inattentive when the signals are not in accordance with their needs.This paper adopted qualitative research method to observe children's interactions.It carried on an investigation into the refusal acts of kindergarten children who are five to six years old(K3).The results showed that:1.According to the classifications of interactive motivation,there are four categories lead to refusal acts,including requested interaction,inteferential interaction.admired interaction and attention-grabing inreaction.2.K3 children's rejective responses are mainly devided into the direct refusal act or indirect refusal act.3.The feedbacks of K3 children includes peacefully received,taking initiative and negatively protest.4.The reasons of refusal acts due to external reasons,the children who refuse others and the children who are refused.External reasons are the limits of space and materials of games and the difficulty of task.The children who refuse others are protect the self-space,self-need,environment regulations,rules,friendship,the thought of cheating strangers,as well as personality of children.The children who are refused are self-centred,lack of socialbility or unpleasant experience.5.Refusal acts have both positive and negative functions to children.Finally,the author discussed the value of children's social development and education practice theory.In addition,the author gave some advices.The study finds out that we should look on the refusal acts in an objective way in case pseudo-sharing education happens.Also,adults can lead children who refuse others in a proper way and make children who are refused to keep a good mental state.What's more,adult can guide children some appropriate ways to take part in players.Last but not least,the study introspected the problems existed in the research.
