The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Outline of the" Healthy China 2030 "Plan," which states that health must cover the entire life cycle,and as an early stage of healthy development,developing healthy habits plays an important role in a person's life.Actions accompany the growth of young children,learn movements in practice,and survive in movements.Therefore,children's movement education is an indispensable and core content in the healthy growth of children.Infants are in the kindergarten education stage,which is the period when the corresponding movements develop.Because there is no system and specific content of children's movement education in the teaching content of kindergarten,the preschool teachers' lack of understanding of the professional knowledge of physical education and the imperfection of the activity site and equipment in the kindergarten,the children cannot get the proper movement practice in the teaching activities of kindergarten for the development of movement.Based on the physiological characteristics,psychological development rules,sensitive growth and development period,and the teaching modes and organizational forms that are easy for children to accept,this article combines the contents of "Theories and Practice of Children's Functional Action Teaching" to design children's functional action education interaction multimedia teaching system.Provide specific teaching content and new teaching methods for kindergarten physical education.This article uses the literature data method to query and sort out related content of children's sports and action education.Interview with preschool education experts and physical education experts through interview methods.With a view to the design of children's functional interactive multimedia teaching system,it provides theoretical support and scientific basis.The experimental method was used to verify the influence of the curriculum content on the physical fitness of young children.Through the questionnaire survey to understand the understanding of children's teachers on the curriculum,the experience of using the teaching system,help to teachers and the acceptance of children.The mathematical statistics method was used to sort out and analyze the data obtained before and after theexperiment,and to clarify the correlation between the different test results and the practice content of the children,thereby verifying and optimizing the science and effectiveness of the interactive multimedia teaching system for children's functional action education.The following results were obtained through this study:(1)The motor exercises in the interactive multimedia teaching system are effective for small class children's flexibility,lower extremity explosiveness,speed,sensitivity and rapid response and physical control ability improvement,and there is no significant improvement in dynamic balance ability.Corresponding quality and ability of middle and large class children have been significantly improved.(2)Children aged 3-6 who practice using interactive multimedia teaching system content are more sensitive,quicker to respond,lower limb strength,upper and lower limb coordination,body control,judgment of spatial distance,lower limb flexibility and dynamic balance ability are better than the kindergarten daily activity planning exercises for toddlers.Conclusions:(1)The interactive multimedia teaching system of children's functional action education provides a method to improve the teaching quality as soon as possible.(2)The use of motion education interactive multimedia teaching system to teach,making it easier for preschool teachers to carry out physical education,and their acceptance by preschool teachers is high.At the same time,children's interest in learning physical education is improved,and the understanding of learning content becomes easier.
