With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization,the Urban Entrepreneurship and employment of the floating population is increasing year by year,with the influx of these "new people",in promoting the economic development of the city at the same time,is also facing a real problem,their children to school.Local governments according to the classification of grade school management principles,in full-time public school admission mainly to solve the problem of school children of floating population,and effectively protect the new citizen education for their children,the birth of a number of new citizen schools.Due to geographical and cultural differences,economic conditions,family environment and basic English education weak objective reality factors,leading to new citizen school primary school English classroom teaching management has the complexity and particularity.This paper in new senior citizen students from Wuxi City Wuhe Primary School as a case,according to the problems In primary school English classroom teaching management of new public launches the elaboration,is divided into four parts.The first part describes the new citizen primary school English classroom teaching management practice background,the meaning,the significance and the basic principle.In the second part,through questionnaire and teacher interview and classroom observation forms of the new citizen primary school English classroom teaching management present situation,comprehensive investigation and analysis,the effective control of the new citizen primary school English classroom teaching management of real data and information.The third part of the research data to sort out and study,looking for the new citizen school primary school English classroom teaching management in some of the main problems,and detailed analysis of these issues and attribution.The fourth part according to the theory of education combined with teaching practice on how to solve the new citizen primary school English classroom teaching management problems countermeasures were discussed,to find optimal solutions,in order to provide a useful reference for the effective management of the new citizen primary school English classroom teaching.
