During the process of English learning,the English study in primary school is particularly critical,because it plays a certain role of enlightenment,and influences the language learning of the students in the future.Although in recent years,with the promotion of new curriculum standards,English teaching management in rural primary schools have yielded positive results,it can't be ignored that there are still many problems,which affected the pupils' English learning in rural primary schools.It is a great challenge for primary school English teachers,especially the ability to manage the classroom.From the perspectives of constructivism,cooperative learning and humanism,taking four rural primary schools of Shouguang as an example and by means of literature method,questionnaire method,observation method and interview method,this paper mainly discusses the problems about English teaching management in rural primary rural primary school English classroom management from four points: environment management,classroom teaching,discipline management and evaluation system.The environment management includes physical environment of the classroom,namely classroom layout and the psychological,i.e.,classroom atmosphere and teacher-student relationship.Discipline management involves the formulation and implementation of the rules and the management of the behaviors in English class.Then we can find the specific ways of improving classroom management,and finally put forward suggestions for the relevant theoretical and practical research.I hope it can help to improve the ability of classroom management of English teachers of primary school.The results show that the problems about English teaching management in rural primary schools are: teaching methods and content are not scientific,students' participation in class is not active,the teacher's ability of manage classroom is limited,assessment system is monotonous and the classroom atmosphere is not harmonious.In order to improve the English classroom management in rural primary schools and enhance the efficiency of English teaching in rural primary schools,a number of improvement measures are put forward,such as creating autonomous management by students themselves and regulated by teachers,enhancing the training and the professional quality of English teachers in ruralprimary schools,creating a natural,harmonious and multilevel dynamic learning environment,establishing English classroom management rules.
