A Case Study Of Primary School English Teaching Management

Teaching is the core of school work,teaching management must be the top priority in school management,it is an important part of modern school management.Education management has cultural properties and positive cultural functions,and its core purpose is to promote all-round development of people.With the rapid development of the economy,the role and status of English are becoming more and more prominent,and learning English is an indispensable skill for students.English teaching management is the management of the English teaching process,the quality of teaching and the result of teaching.The English teaching management of H school has its unique and excellent side,but also there are some problems.To improve the teaching and management of English teaching is the main line of English teaching,and the quality of English teaching is directly affected by the quality of management level.This study of Suzhou H school as the research object,using interview method,literature method,the operation method and observation method,case method to study the management of the school's English teaching.First of all,by observing the H school English teaching management present situation,from the principle of English teaching,English teaching management,H school unique teaching system carding and analysis on the management aspects of the material.Secondly,based on the H school after observation and analysis of the current situation of English teaching management,summed up the H management problems that exist in the school English teaching are: first,the problems existing in the execution of ideas of teaching;Secondly,the implementation of the principle of teaching management is problematic.Third,the problem of the result of teaching management;Fourth,the problem of management evaluation system.Finally,some Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward for the problems of English teaching management in H school.
