| Under the guidance of the concept of quality education,it has become a consensus in basic education to give full play to students’ subjectivity and highlight students’ initiative.The formation of this consensus has not only had a significant impact on the reform of education and teaching,but also promoted the transformation of classroom management as an important part of teaching to respect students’ main body,prompted teachers to actively create a loose atmosphere conducive to students’ autonomous learning through diversified management means,and made the classroom glow with new vitality and vitality.As a primary school classroom of basic education,its teaching and classroom management are carried out around the main body of students,especially in the process of classroom management,infiltrating the requirements of the main body of students,and organizing the classroom around mobilizing students’ learning initiative,which is an inevitable move to improve the quality of classroom teaching and achieve teaching objectives.However,in today’s classroom management,due to the excessive interpretation and improper understanding of students’ subjectivity,a series of problems such as the flood of praise in primary school classroom management and the formality of teaching activities are caused,which can not form an effective teaching atmosphere and is not conducive to the improvement of classroom teaching quality.Therefore,this paper analyzes the primary school classroom management covered by the misunderstood "student subject",On this basis,it is an urgent problem to discuss how primary school classroom management can really stimulate students’ initiative and make primary school classroom a place to promote primary school students’ growth ability.This study takes J primary school in T City as the research field.Through the combing of literature,classroom management is divided into three dimensions:classroom environment management,interpersonal relationship management and classroom discipline management.On this basis,the questionnaire survey of teachers’ classroom management,the outline of teachers’ classroom management interview and the observation record table are compiled to investigate the current situation of classroom management in J primary school in T city.The survey found that the classroom management of J primary school has the following problems: the matching of classroom environment highlights students’ self-consciousness;The arrangement of classroom activities is diverse,but the proportion of management time is relatively high;Respect students’ subject and attach importance to positive evaluation;Emphasize classroom interaction and strive to build a harmonious relationship between students and students;The setting of management rules is universal;The current situation of discipline management by asking questions,and summarizes the problems existing in classroom management: unreasonable material environment management,uncoordinated interpersonal relationship management,inefficient classroom discipline management and so on.Combined with interviews and other methods,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of the problems,mainly including:the separation of material environment management from the main body;Teachers are deeply trapped in the misunderstanding of appreciation education;The overall consciousness of teacher management is weak;Finally,according to the reasons,it puts forward that: considering the reality of students and building a reasonable material environment;Optimize the interaction between teachers and students and establish an overall consciousness;The three strategies of strengthening the leading role of teachers and students’ participation in rule making endow this study with practical value,so that teachers can really solve the corresponding problems in the practice of classroom management,improve classroom efficiency and improve teaching quality. |
