The development of Chinese language teaching in Thailand has a period of low tide and high tide. The development of Chinese teaching is the lowest in the period of modern China and the cold war after World War II. At that time, Thailand and China have strained political relations,the Thailand government has banned Chinese Language Teaching. Until 1975, China formally established diplomatic relations, bilateral cooperation's friendly relations have entered a new period, the government of Thailand to relax the policy on Chinese teaching, Chinese teaching in Thailand back to normal situation. With the rapid development of China's economy, its international status has improved significantly, and foreign cultural exchanges have become more and more frequent, which has set off a boom of "Chinese fever" in the world. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language has been booming since then.After the cooperation between the Ministry of education of the Thailand and the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban) in 2006, In Thailand, whether kindergarten,primary school, middle school, University, Career Academy, and even the cram school, have set up Chinese Courses. In addition, Hanban will send a large number of Chinese volunteer teachers to teach in Thailand every year.Chinese teaching in Thailand middle school is one of the important stages of Chinese teaching in Thailand, the study of Chinese teaching in middle school can help us to understand the situation and shortcomings of the whole Chinese teaching in Thailand. Lampang Kanlayanee school is a key middle school in northern Thailand, Lampang Kanlayanee school has more than one hundred years of history. In the Chinese language teaching, the school began offering Chinese courses in 2002. In the teaching facilities are very complete, adequate teaching staff, with Confucius classroom. In this school, the author uses the questionnaire survey to investigate the principals, Chinese teachers, students, and analyzes the Chinese Teaching. Through the investigation found that Lampang Kanlayanee school Chinese teaching has some problems, such as: first, teachers do not use fixed Chinese Textbooks; Two, the students learn Chinese for a period of time to lose interest in the situation; Three, Chinese teachers do not have the HSKK Test Certificate. So unable to identify their level of oral Chinese and so on. This paper is divided into five parts:The introduction part, first introduces the reasons for the topic in detail, and then describes the research status of the relevant content, and describes the object of study and research methods.The first chapter mainly has five aspects, first set the basic situation of Lampang Kanlayanee school and Chinese teaching, secondly students learning Chinese, Chinese teachers in teaching again to describe the division of tasks. In addition, according to the team described in the learning process which use Chinese textbooks. The Last, students' learning achievement evaluation grade.The second chapter through the questionnaire survey to understand the Lampang Kanlayanee school students and Chinese teachers, according to the student's questionnaire includes the background of the students, learning motivation, feeling of learning, learning situation, learning disabilities, learning effect, parents' support for student's learning Chinese. The main part of the teacher is the background of the teacher, the teaching situation, the teaching task, the feedback result of the teacher.The main content of the third chapter is the analysis of the development of Chinese teaching,the existing problems and teaching suggestions. First, the analysis the development of the Chinese teaching in the school, the author searched for data in the statistics, especially foreign language class subjects to compare and analyze them. The next part is the analysis of the existing problem in Chinese teaching,including the problem of students learning Chinese from the teacher's point view, the problem of Chinese teachers. Chinese teaching materials about the advantages and disadvantages. Some teaching suggestions include principals, teachers, students of Chinese language teaching to improve the teaching suggestions and future suggestions.The last chapter is conclusion part summarizes the results of the first chapter until third chapter of this paper, and illustrates the innovation and inadequacies of this paperThe author hopes that the research will be helpful for the Lampang Kanlayanee school and other schools in Thailand the development of Chinese teaching, and provide effective reference for the development of Thailand middle school Chinese teaching for the Ministry of education in Thailand and Hanban.
