As a product of "grass-root" teaching reform,since the emerge of the learning case,the lacking of theoretical basis,empirical and so on,which to in the practical application of classroom teaching in the emergence of a satisfactory effect.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the design of learning plan should how to push itslf to a more professional level and making it in the continuous integration with the curriculum standards,to better achieve the real learning of students and in-depth study,which has became the call of reality.In view of this,the author thinks that it is necessary to study the learning plan under the background of the new curriculum reform and applying the curriculum standards to the design of learning plan.While improving the design of learning plan,to promoting students’ learning ability.In this study,we focus on the concept of "paying attention to the development of students and attaching importance to learning and teaching",using literature analysis and case study metod,this study explores three fundamental questions,namely,"concept of standards-based learning plan design"," problems existing in the design of learning plan nowadays" and "the development process of the standard-based learning plan design".The first chapter summarizes the design of learning plan.First of all,the connotation and value of the learning plan are defined,and on this basis,it clarifies the theoretical basis of the case design,then the basic types and elements are defined,so as to clarify the relevant concept of case design.The second chapter discusses the proper meaning of the design of learning plan based on the standard.After defining the connotation based on the standard,this paper further explains the significance and basic features of the design of the standard learning plan,which clarifies its professionalism.The third chapter analyzed the four kinds of typical problems existed during learning plan design.They are the teachers’ lack of scientific theoretical basis,obsessed with "input" result in the lack of "output",the lack of evaluation and itself is free curriculum standards,which also illustrates the necessary for standards-based learning plan design.The fourth chapter describes the design process standards-based learning plan.Which is the core of this paper,it uses the reverse design perspective and describes the specific steps ofstandards-based learning plan design.From the subject of learning,analysis of curriculum standards to post-learning reflection,which having a strict set of reference standards,thus ensuring the scientific design of standards-based learning plan and burying to present it to the last chapter as cases of scientific design stage.The fifth chapter is mainly case study.For the fourth chapter of the learning plan design process and the case of a text in the Primary School Language of People ’s Education Publishing House.While the development process of the standards-based case design has been described accordingly,presented a sample which is standards-based learning plan design.And then clarify the standards-based learning plan design to bring the actual effect of the classroom as well as the case in the development of some reflection.The conclusion of the last part of this paper mainly discusses the weakness of this paper in the process of research as well as the future direction of the effort.
