The reform of the mathematics learning evaluation as an important part of the new curriculum reform in high middle school, its achievement directly determines the success or failure of the new curriculum reform.Than ever before, the new mathematics learning evaluation more focused on the process of mathematics learning and correspondingly established the target of the processing assessment. Everyday classroom mathematics learning evaluation and homework evaluation are the main way of processing assessment. But how to reasonably assess the mathematics learning in everyday math class and in homework, which is the many teachers’ attention. In practice, the daily mathematics classroom learning evaluation and homework evaluation still exist many problems, such as some become a mere formality, lack of scientific and practical, and some too palaver to waste teachers’ time. So on the basis of the present situation of the mathematics learning evaluation, according to the new evaluation concepts put forward by new curriculum standard, in light of some requirements and principles in learning evaluation both at home and aboard, proposing a comprehensive operational evaluation scheme is of great significance to math teachers.The structure of this paper is as follows:The first part is in order to do a simple introduction of the research background, the implications of the research, the research methods and the basic framework of the paper.The second part is the theoretical research, including the second and the third chapters. Basing on the research achievement studied at home or abroad, combined with my understanding, the second chapter is in order to definite several key concepts discussed in this paper. The third chapter is calculated to analysis the basic theory and the trend or demand supported by domestic and foreign mathematics learning evaluation.The third part is the real diagnosis research, including the fourth, five, six chapters. Mainly through the approach of questionnaire and interview aimed to realize the current situation of everyday classroom mathematics leaning evaluation and homework evaluation in high middle school, and then find out the success and deficiency among them, at the last get some enlightenment. The fourth part is advice parts, including the seventh chapter. Based on the specific problems existed in the classroom mathematics learning evaluation and homework evaluation, combined with the theoretical study in the second part, this part is in order to put forward some viable suggestion.The last part is the conclusion and outlook, including the eighth chapter. Aim to further illustrate the limitations of the study, the conclusion obtained and study innovation.
