Oral communicative competence of students in primary school is a kind of ability to use language,language is the tools and support of Chinese course,and oral communicative competence plays an important role in Chinese teaching.Good oral communicative abilities is to promote students' all-round development of the essential qualities,it will have a long-term effect on improving the students' mental agility and adaptability,cultivating good interpersonal relationships.In 2000,the Ministry of Education modified “ listening and speaking teaching”into “oral communication” officially.Since the year of 2000,oral communicative reform has been carried about 20 years,in primary school,oral communicative classes in the normative and emphasis on degree has been greatly improved.In September2016,the language textbook of the first year of primary school has been revised,oral communicative class as a new part reflects the degree of attention to further improvements.However,due to the late start of oral communicative class,theoretical research is relatively small,the lack of excellent oral communicative course in classroom teaching practice,and not included in the specific assessment of evaluation,and it is difficult to attract enough attention to teachers,oral communicative teaching needs further improvements.In the process of the investigation of the present situation of students' oral communicative abilities,the author has made a thorough investigation into the present situation of primary school.Students' oral communicative competence in Chinese teaching at primary school level,by adopting classroom's observation,interviewing and questionnaires,the author summed up the summary,draw the current oral communicative problems in teaching are: First,oral communicated classes are not enough;The second is teachers' awareness of teaching goals is not strong;Third,the subject of oral communication's training is single;The fourth is the training method is inflexible;According to the current situation,combined with the theoretical basis of the oral communicated abilities of primary school students,the author tries to analyze the lack of the cultivation's regards of pupils' oral communication,the lack of teacher's abilities of teaching design and teaching plan,and it's not good enough in the abilities of teachers' teaching abilities,oral communication's teaching evaluation system is not complete to explore the causes of the current situation of the current training,accord the reasons,proposed training strategies about the oral communicatedskills: First,change the concept of education to increase the degree of attention;Second,strengthen teacher training to improve the quality of teachers;Third,the education sector should strengthen regulated efforts on oral communication;Fourth,oral communication evaluation system should be established and improved.
