The evaluation of primary students’Chinese oral communicative competence has been the part which is easily to be ignored during the teaching process. Based on the correlative researches which have been achieved, the thesis restructures the evaluation of primary students’Chinese oral communicative competence, in order to perfect the evaluation system and provide help and reference for teachers to carry out the evaluation of oral communicative competence.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part defines the concepts. First of all, it defines the meaning of oral communication and competence; then, it puts forward the connotation of Chinese oral communicative competence; finally, it clarifies the meaning of evaluation of Chinese oral communicative competence in primary school.The second part organizes the structural elements of oral communicative competence in China and foreign countries for the purpose of restructuring the structural elements of it in China.The third part clarifies the current situation of the evaluation of primary students’ Chinese oral communicative competence. By means of questionnaires, interviews, analysis of exam papers and classroom observation and so on, it deeply analyses problems of the evaluation of primary students’Chinese oral communicative competence, and attempts to find the breakthrough point.The fourth part builds the standard system of the evaluation of primary students’ Chinese oral communicative competence. Firstly, it analyses the characteristic of evaluation standards in foreign countries and the existing problems of the evaluation standard of primary school oral communicative competence in China; then, it adopts foreign countries’strong points to cover the shortage of our own, and then reconstructs the evaluation index system.The fifth part puts forward the implementation strategies. In view of the existing problems, the thesis brings forward specific implementation strategies with the consideration of raising awareness, the diversification and interaction of subjects, multidimensional contents of evaluation and various evaluation methods.
