In order to meet the needs of the central and western regions of teachers,reinforce the construction of rural teachers and improve the quality of rural education,alleviate the severe employment situation of college graduates,in 2006,national ministries jointly enacted a program Special Post Plan.The Special-post Teachers is the product of Special Post Plan,a new group which appears in the public view,and plays significant role in rural compulsory education schools.Therefore,the Special-post Teacher plays a very important role in the incentive management.For the sake of effectively manage the Special-post Teacher,reinforce the foundation of compulsory education in rural areas,this study takes Hertzberg's two-factor theory as the research object and uses literature research,questionnaire survey,individual interviews and other research methods to analyze the present situation and problems of incentive management systematically.The thesis is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,firstly it introduces the background of the study and analyzes the significance of the research on the incentive problem of "Special-post Teacher",secondly it summaries the present situation of teacher's incentive management at home and abroad.At last,it explains "Special-post Teacher",incentive and incentive strategy,Meanwhile it summarizes the generation,development and application of the two-factor theory.The second part is the outline of the "Special Post Plan" policy,which mainly analyzes the background,the goal and the content of the policy.The third part and the fourth part are the main parts of this article,The third part is the research of the current situation of the "Special-post Teacher".The fourth part analyzes the problems of the "Special-Post teacher" from the two aspects of two-factor theory,at the same time it analyzes the causes of the problems deeply.The fifth part mainly puts forward the optimization strategy of "Special-post Teacher"from the following aspects,that's working and life environment,salary treatment,security issues,management system,evaluation system,teacher training,teacher professional development and so on.
