Pre-primary education is an essential part of fundamental education. With the increasing attention to pre-primary education, the reformation process in education is speeding up. China’s "national medium and long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)" clearly put forward to "focus on development of rural preschool education. This explains that our country put the focus and key on the development of preschool education in rural areas at present. However the problem is that there aren’t enough qualified teachers willing to work there, and less enthusiasm of teachers, and the low quality of teachers, especially pre-primary teachers, is becoming the biggest obstacle for quality improvement. Therefore in order to improve the quality of pre-primary education, the most important thing to training the pre-primary teacher is to arouse their enthusiasm and inner motivation, satisfy their reasonable needs. It is urgent to set up an efficient excitation mechanism for teacher. Because motivation is a useful way in the management area. The excitation mechanism for teacher training is one of the most important factors to achieve its educational function. On the way to get the present situation of excitation in the teachers training after induction, and then analyze the positive aspects, the problems and the reason of problems, we can build a sound incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’post-training. In order to adapt to the practical requirements which have a rapid development of pre-primary education and the higher and higher command for pre-primary teacher by society.The research achievement about the rural preschool teacher incentive mechanism is not abundant in our country. In this text, we will start from the basic theory of incentives. Then we will set an example about 9 kindergartens in Lingchuan County in Guangxi and combine with the actual situation. Through the questionnaire and interviews, we can know more about the rural preschool teachers’incentive needs and satisfaction about after training and the present situation of the rural preschool teachers in training incentive mechanism. We can analyze the existing problems and reasons of incentive mechanism. On this basis, according to the theory of incentives, we can put forward some suggestions to consummate the rural preschool teachers in training incentive mechanism.This study consists of four parts:The first part is the introduction. This study expounds the significance from the theoretical and practical aspects; the research of incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training is reviewed; Illustrates the research method and defines the nuclear concepts are involved in the paper.The second part is the internal relation between the incentive theory and the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training. Introduces the basic theory and elements of incentive:the incentive theory is applied to the possibility and necessity of the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training; the incentive methods of incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training that based on incentive theory, it contains material incentive and spiritual incentive and the incentive of learning and development and cultural incentive.The third part is the survey about present situation of excitation of incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training in Lingchuan County. Firstly, design and implement of survey. Introduces the purpose of the research, the background of the research object, the selection of research object, the preparation of research tools and the implementation of the research. Secondly, result and analysis of the research. Introduces the essential information of the research object; present situation of incentive requirement of rural preschool teachers’ post-training in Lingchuan County; satisfaction situation of incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training in Lingchuan County; positive aspects and problems of incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training in Lingchuan County, it includes material incentive, spiritual incentive, the incentive of learning, development and cultural incentive; and then analysis the reasons of the problems, it contains the understanding of incentive requirement of rural preschool teachers’ post-training has to be enhanced, the established measures and implementation of incentive requirement of rural preschool teachers’ post-training does not reach the designated position; less special funds were put into; rural preschool teachers’ individual professional development consciousness is poor.Part four, the suggestion to perfect the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training. Emphasis of this part is analyses the necessity of to perfect the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training, and the developmental, timely, moderate and equitable principle to perfect the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training. This part put forward the concrete strategy from the following four aspects:First, assume a variety of measures to increase awareness of the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training. Second, increase fiscal spending to insure the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’ post-training could smooth implementation. Third, establish a scientific and reasonable the incentive mechanism of rural preschool teachers’post-training to insure put into practice. Fourth, raise rural preschool teachers self consciousness of professional development to promoting teachers’ self motivation.
